The VIP membership coupled with the back to school sale is amazing! I managed to get 34 pairs of totally cute shoes for only $317! This website is the best! I highly recommend the VIP membership. If you do not want to be charged for the membership just skip it between the 1-5 of each month. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! This is one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had 🥰😍🤩

I love all the things BUT I do not like…
I love all the things BUT I do not like the fact that before placing an order, you have to accept that I will pay basically $50 every single month. In this economy, a clothing subscription company may be losing customers with the large monthly payment

I had cancelled my monthly charge on the 1st of the month and still was charge .. I called and cancelled and went to purchase my credit of $49.95 I got something for $32. With my credit it should of taking care of everything no they put the price up to 49.95 so I still had to pay shipping and the taxes $11 more 🤦🤦🤦

I have been shopping on Fabkids since my 9 year old was teeny tiny, and although I skip many months now that she’s getting older, I always find great deals! This past order I was able to get two pair of shoes, 2 tops, and overall shorts for only $25! The quality is always great as well!
UPDATE: when I received my order, I realized I was missing an item. I took photos of everything and chatted with an agent who was able to let me know the extra item was in a separate shipment. (Not sure why it didn’t all ship at once) but nonetheless, they provided a tracking number and it came a few days later. 😎

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, very dumb incompetent agents. Ask the same stupid questions like they can’t understand English. Almost force you to keep memberships they don’t tell you that you have to begin with. They want you to pay $50 a month for SHEIN shoes. No thanks won’t be shopping here again ever and I’ll be letting others know to not shop here as well.

Fab kids is not worth the cost
Fab kids is not worth the cost. You can find these type of products local without to pay taxes twice. $60 in taxes is crazy for summer clothes I can get from Target.

Frustrating but worth the effort
For the first time on FabKids I had a frustrating time trying to see what garmets there were in the price range that had been advertized. It took me almost 25 minutes to order 6 items due to having to jump back and forth and then to start over about 5 times.
The clothes are wonderful and I'm looking forward to receiving them. Thanks for the great savings!

Seth is a terrible customer service…
Seth is a terrible customer service representative and bothers the ever living crap out of you to keep your membership when you clearly tell him no thank you. Then continues to throw offers at you. How many times do I have to decline and say I would only like to cancel for someone to get the point and finally just cancel something? Nyca though, was very helpful and to the point. I appreciate that.

Bundles are a joke
They took a decent store and made it absolutely horrible. You pay $50/month for VIP and get get credits that usually don't even add up to the $50 you spent. Then they try to bundle things and make them more expensive. Magically unbuckle and watch your total cart price significantly drop. I will be canceling and not shopping here again. Pretty much a scam now
