I'm missing 3 pairs of the shoes I ordered I bought 12 pairs. Only got 9. My kids had 6 pair each... I have 5 size 1 so I'm missing 1 pair of the size one and 2 pairs of my other daughters size 13s

Trying to find the right size in shoes…

Trying to find the right size in shoes is a bit difficult. Then trying to use the credit it doesn’t exactly work for just the item you want . So you have to pick something else and then your order comes out not so great in savings. So if I wanted just to spend $19.67 but get a Red comment saying try your order again again so I think 7 times was enough for me .

Do not order from this site!

Do not order from this site!! They will continue to charge your card over and over and there’s no way to stop it! I’ve replaced 2 cards already and they are continuing to charge. I will never order from this site again!

Rip off

They do not send you a reminder email like they claim. The clothes are ridiculously overpriced and cheaply made. Customer service is a joke. I’ve been waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes to cancel my membership. It’s partially my fault for not remembering to skip the month but if they sent an email like they say, then it wouldn’t be a problem. I would rather cancel and lose my points than go through the hassle of this again.

WHERE ARE THE HUMAN AGENTS!!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR OVER A YEAR NOW!!!! FabKids is ridiculously overpriced and honestly feels like a scam. Yes, it’s my fault for forgetting to cancel my month a few times, this getting charged, but $49.95 for a cheaply made children’s outfit?! Insane. And then being charged over $20 in taxes to “redeem” my credits? I’m cancelling my membership right now.

I love fabkids!

I love fabkids and not just for my kids but for myself as well! You don’t have to pay the monthly charge to get the VIP deals. They have been a pleasure to do business with in all aspects. I love the shoes and the deals!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, I was charge $14.95 for expedited delivery (2-3 days) was emailed my order would arrive between August 3-4. Today I received a message stating my items will arrive August 7th, if I would’ve known I wasn’t going to receive my package at the promised date I would’ve done standard delivery. I called customer service and was told I will be refunded my $14.95 in 5-7 business days when they wasted no time at checkout to take my money. I’m immediately removing my membership and never ordering from them again!

What I don't like is that I lost so…

What I don't like is that I lost so many points on things I bought I didn't think they expired and lost 8000 points I could've used to buy my kids something. I do love this but my kids are starting to outgrow and now buying for my nieces and nephews but the fact that I lost 8000 points blows my mind so I'm not sure what I'm going to do

Fab kids is deceitful and as a member…

Fab kids is deceitful and as a member since 2022 I have had multiple experiences with them. The original deal was very good but not worth the hassle that followed. The sign up process clearly stated that they would notify you before charging your account each month. They absolutely did not notify me at all. So I had a credit on my account that I had to use or lose my money. Most of the clothes are extremely juvenile, If your child is over 5 they will probably not like any of the choices for girls. When I was finally able to find something I liked enough to use the credit, It did not fit my child appropriately and I had to do a return. The return system did not work and I had to contact them again. On one item I did an exchange because the size was not correct. The outfit was two pieces and I returned them and received only one piece back, So I had to contact them yet again and they gave me a credit for the second item not included. At this point I set an alarm for the first of every month to be sure I did not forget to skip the month and could not count on them to remind me as promised. I wanted to use the points that I had accumulated so I maintained the membership for several months skipping each month. However there was nothing to exchange my points for and I am now trying to cancel my membership. It took me over 45 minutes to login for the option to skip the month. I feel like it should be quick and easy to log into my account and make that choice but they make it very difficult as the option to log in is not on most of their screens. I decided it wasn't worth the risk of ending up with another credit I had to use so I'm going to cancel even though I won't get to use my accumulated points. I started to go through the process of canceling online and they confirmed my information and asked me why I wanted to cancel, I told them and they asked me to please hold while they transferred me to a representative. I waited over half an hour they finally responded and gave me one minute to respond back which was not enough time and so they closed my conversation causing me to have to start over again. I feel like they are doing everything they can to cause me to have to buy more. I have lost an hour of my time today trying to deal with them.

Bring back the cute outfits

I use to love Fab kids today I come to shop and hardly any selection. Nothing caught my eye. Please bring back the old outfits the cute banana, shimmer, cowgirl, the outfits geared towards younger kids. I will never forget the outfits we use to buy here my now 13 year still remembers how much she loved them. But now it seems it’s all geared towards older kids who as for my kids don’t even fit.

The navigation allowed me to look at and review my items with ease. I just didn't like having a time limit, because of it, I had to hurry and select some items, therefore not being able to look at what all there was to offer. The prices was reasonable as long as you're a VIP customer. We'll see how well the quality of the items are once they arrive. Pray I'm not disappointed!
