Why are unavailable items still available to add to cart?
I've tried to order twice now, and then the day after I get my confirmation number I get notified that my order was cancelled due to unavailable items- but instead of just removing those items, the entire order is cancelled. It's been extremely frustrating. I'm hoping that this most recent order will actually happen.

I don’t understand why if everything is on sale and you take 50 for a vip credit. Why can’t I spend it like regular money . Some items are $15 and I have to use one vip credit with us $50 for item that’s $15 . It’s not right ! I’m canceling.

Complete scam and waste of money
This site is such a scam. You can only apply VIP credits to certain items or “bundles”. If you try shopping from the sale items, you cannot add those items together and simply apply your credit. If you bundle the same “sale” items they are no longer on sale but full price. So it’s technically cheaper to purchase those items on sale and pay with your credit card, however you will still have a VIP credit to use. This is a complete waste of money and time. I am unsubscribing and recommend no one subscribe to this dishonest company. Oh and I should also mention the clothing is “Made in China” so it should be cheap anyway, however they also add an import tax which is separate from regular sales tax. Save your money and time and shop at Target or Gap.

Membership is a joke
I do not like the fact that you have to sign up to be a member to place an order. I was just trying to use credit that I had built up and still have to sign up to be a member🙄🙄 it is just a way to make people spend more money on this site. It works on the companies behalf.
Quality of what I’ve ordered is cheap. Love that regular prices are so high for cheaply made clothing and shoes.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE HATE HATE THIS NEW VIP CREDIT FORMAT! What an absolute racket! I always shop clearance, and rarely buy a full price item. In the past I’ve been able to use my member credits to pay for ANYTHING I WANT. Now I’m forced to only buy full priced items, or use my credits to pay full price for things that are on clearance. It took me 4 times longer to check out because I had to delete and rearrange everything in my cart at least a dozen times to try to get things bundled properly. If I pay REAL MONEY for a vip credit, I should be able to spend it like the real money it is. I’m so angry right now! I am on the phone cancelling my membership as I write this. Buh bye, Fab Kids.

I wish I could give a ZERO star. This company is a fraud. They charged me for the shoes I bought and then they charged me $49.95 a month later for a membership I never signed up for. I tried to fight it with PayPal and have been unsuccessful because they claim they delivered. I only received one pair of cheap kids shoes and I paid $16 for them. I don’t understand why I was charged a second payment for $49.95!! Stay away from this company. Fraud fraud fraud …

Crap shoes no refund
Well I ordered 2 pairs of shoes my daughter got one use out of them both before they tore . Then they charge 49.95 a month to be a V.I.P membership. Idk bout you but if I'm looking to get a pair of shoes for 10$then how am I gunna afford 50$ a month. Then to not get refunded for any of it is ridiculous. Been ripping g me off for months.
