Kid loves the shoes but last pair I bought like 3 months ago has already worn out and has holes in them ;(

Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service.Beware that your credits will expire without a notice.

Shipping is ridiculous I placed a order…

Shipping is ridiculous I placed a order and it's been more than 10 days weekend not included and still have not gotten my items it's Christmas day and still nothing it's crazy. I will never order from here again.

2+ weeks, no package

I ordered some pajama onesies on December 2nd; items that were to be worn this week for our holiday festivities at school (today is the 19th). My order is still stating ‘in route/ on the way’ since the 15th and it’s literally sitting somewhere here in Georgia at the same status days later. Not budging! I’ve been skipping each month for YEARS now with FABKIDS and finally saw something that I wanted to purchase for my children and this huge delay in it getting to me happens. I won’t be purchasing for years more, if ever again, after this experience.

Terrible Smell

I received my delivery today, the shoes are straight from the package never worn. I don’t know if it was the packaging or the shoes but there was a terrible odor that permeated each room they were in. My living room and bedroom smell like spoiled cheese. The shoes, inner packaging, and delivery package all smell awful.

A New Approach

Fabkids is awesome. Their service is fast and efficient and every product that I have purchased is great. My daughter has gotten older so now I’m making purchases for my niece.

Feel ripped off 6 credits

I pd 49 dollars a month, had 6 vip credits I was saving for christmas. On 11/1 they cancelled all of them. I am upset to say the least. They offered 60 dollars credit. Unbelievable... Pd in 300 for 60 credit

VIP???

Quality items, but I felt like I was scammed by them I had no idea I signed up for their VIP program, just to be charged 49.95 for two months before realizing it. I talked to Customer service chat. They could not find an account for any of my emails or cell phone numbers. I searched all of my accounts with no records of the VIP program and even then it took me over 30 minutes just for them to say that they didn't charge me and I needed to take it up with PayPal.

Cute products - not worth the hassle!

The products are great. Beware, as somehow I enrolled into a program paying $49 a month! There is no way to cancel on their site. 27 minutes in the chat waiting on an agent. Every few minutes I had to click I was still there... Then they spent 10 more minutes trying to get me to stay. NOT WORTH THE CUTE PRODUCTS!!!
