Shipping is just terrible

Shipping is just terrible. They lost my order twice. And the shipping company is not responsive so you have to hound them to get an update. Not a great experience. After I use my credits I won't be ordering again.

I dislike the VIP credit on sale items

I dislike the VIP credit because its cheating. you pair 2 items that cost 12 dollars each but pair them as 59 dollars plus and say its a bundle. that's not right

It is ridiculous that I pay $50 a month for a credit and then have to pay extra tax and shipping in order to use my credit

I placed an order with FabKids for…

I placed an order with FabKids for shoes and boots my kids were excited to receive for the winter. Initially, I got an email saying my order was on the way, but a week later, I received emails stating my "returns" had been processed—despite never returning anything! Confused, I contacted customer service and was told my order was somehow returned to the warehouse. When I asked them to resend the items, they informed me that everything I ordered was now out of stock.

This was my first experience shopping with FabKids, and it will definitely be my last. The whole process was frustrating and disappointing, and my kids were left without the items they were looking forward to. I cannot recommend FabKids based on this experience.

Scammers

They mislead clients by not clearly stating that becoming a VIP member incurs a $49.95 monthly fee. I never authorized this charge, and I had to file a claim to get a refund for October and November, which had been taken from my PayPal account. If you’ve purchased anything from them, be sure to delete your account and remove your billing information to avoid future issues. Avoid using them in the future.

Terrible company that does not give an…

Terrible company that does not give an eff about their clients. Originally I agreed to being charged quarterly (not monthly!!) For a seasonal box. They changed it to monthly without consent and after spending at least 1k they were terrible to me when I asked if some points could be given back. HATE this company

Terrible experience

Terrible experience called within a minute of placing my order. I hit the wrong thing. Did not want it. I was to be refunded the $32. And the 4999 membership thing told me. I would. It's been 2 weeks. I still haven't received it. I called back. Talk to another gentleman on Friday. He said it would be there today. I looked again. No refund, I have no merchandise. Don't have a membership with um and none of my money was refunded. It's unreal, but they took my money before. I even got off the phone. Or before I even so I hit place.My bank account was divided but they can't refund my money.That's like $90.That is ridiculous and uncalled for I just found a dispute with my bank because I had got an email scene that my money would be back and I still do not have any of my money put back in my account

Fraudulent charges after asking to stop

Got 3 pairs of shoes that all broke in a week. Next thing i knew i was charge a monthly subscription fee! Was on chat for over an hour saying over 37 times cancel the subscription. They wouldn't listen!! Reporting this company!
