Amazing shoes

I have been ordering from fab kids since about May and my kids have had many compliments. Mainly with the lighting shoes. They are amazing and good quality.

SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was charged for 3 months of a VIP membership without ever signing up. Then they refunded me 2 of those months and now they charged me again. This company is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs

I’m happy with them

I’m happy with them. Customer service is great. No hidden charges or tricks. You can easily skip the charge for the vip membership and still shop at their online store. I was worried about being charged but chatted with customer service and was able to get a quick a clear answer assuring me that I would not be charged so long as I skipped the month.

i originally joined during a promotion Before Christmas of 2024 and I unintentionally signed up for the VIPs subscription and upon attempting to cancel and refund after discovering the large charge on my account and I then decided after talking with stuff that I would give it a chance and actually try to see the true value and having an account with that kids and be honest I'm very glad I did and I'm glad they told me the things they did so that I could take a step back and actually make sure that it wasn't something that I could see the value in before I canceled and it was probably the best thing I ever researched because the value is insane and I would highly recommend this to any parent out there if you want to keep your kid in style and looking cute as ever this is definitely a subscription that you need to have.

Unfortunately disappointed

Unfortunately, the first order I got was a little less than expected but still cute but for the price prompted me to cancel. To remain a customer they incentivized me with a 50% discount which I accepted to give the company another shot. They did not honor this and I got charged full price. Customer services resolve was to just push that discount to another month which makes it seem like they scammed me and makes them seem untrustworthy. They had to cancel my order and then I cancelled my membership due to this experience which is so sad. Love the concept of this as a mother of two. Follow through for the company is extremely disappointing and I would advise against you subscribing if can be helped.

They just take your money!!!

I hate this company and they really deserve 0 stars from me. The fact that I’ve only used the site one time over a year and a half ago after not even receiving my full order I canceled the membership instantly and they continue to charge my card $50 for whatever reason. I call them on and they refund the money and confirm the membership cancellation only to have it happen continuously for a year and a half. It’s like they can’t comprehend. Then for me to need my funds. I have to wait over a week bring inconvienced all because of them wanting you to be a member so desperately. I swear everytime I go through this somehow a representative instead of canceling the membership like I request, decides to place my account on a 3 month hold. Who authorized you to do that though? I’m suing this company and filing with the BBB. I will never purchase through them again.

Rip Off

Rip off. Poor inventory.
You pay $50 USD for items that are worh
$50 USD / month (is $70 CAD/month).
Once I finally got them to stop charging my Credit Card, I was told I'd keep my credits. 7 months cost me $490! To only find out that my credits were slowly disappearing. That's illegal in Canada. Once you pay a store for a gift card / or credit - it can never expire.

I used my last 4 "VIP" credits today to buy the only junk they have to offer. Here's the kicker - they would not let me check out without AGREEING TO RESTART MY MONTHLY VIP PAYMENT!

They should be ashamed and reported.

They are crooks

They are crooks. They charged the 49.95 to my account so I had 1 vip credit. I tried using it in April. The order got canceled. I tried using it in December but my account was locked. I called them about it. They said they'd review it. They apparently reviewed it 5 days later never sent me an email and then when i logged in January without problem now my VIP credit is expired. I tried using it twice before expiration but they wouldn't let me!

i was charged the monthly subscription…

i was charged the monthly subscription after i skipped the month. I contacted a representative but still did not recieve a refund. I was offered a 50% of my next order which was not showing on my cart so i canceled what was not covered with my vip reward. I normally got really good deals on this site until i became a member and now the prices have more than tripled for items!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I spent hundreds at this site and when I moved an changed my address on the site. They still shipped to the wrong place and would not refund even though it was their mistake. They would not give me the reference info number and sid there was multiple as I ordered 2 outfits for each of my 2 children. Shoes, pants and shirts. After countless reaching out they informed me they would refund it then changed their response to they could not change my address and would not refund.
