The VIP membership is a rip-off…

The monthly VIP membership is a rip-off when the bundles, outfits, and other items end up on sale for a significantly lower price within that same month. I jist spent my 49.99 membership credit on a bundle you were saying for $25. This was across the site. Nothing was worth the value of my VIP credit.

Shirts and shoes!

I loved the two pair of sneakers I bought for my grandchildren! They are gorgeous, they also look well made! The shirts were so cute! The kids loved them!

My order has been sitting in a “label…

Not a surprise that they responded to this comment saying their customer service team would reach out to me and never did….

My order has been sitting in a “label created status” for weeks. Called and was told they wouldn’t help me until the following week. Called again and was told they would rush ship the order. It’s been days and same thing, just sitting in a “label created status”. Will definitely be canceling after this.

Nice but not worth it

So I already felt like they were overpriced but now that they add like $10 for tarrifs?!?! I'm definitely no longer interested. If I had known they were just products from China, I would have ordered from other places. You can find better almost anywhere else. Shoes don't last more than a week with my kids.

Shipping time has become an issue.

I've placed several orders and was pleased with the shipping and merchandise. Clothing fit well, as did the shoes. The main issue is my current order has shown EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE OR AWAITING PROCESSING for 2 weeks with no update to where the items are. DHL and USPS tracking shows the same information. I placed an order on 04/04/2025 with items for Easter for my children. As of today, 04/16/2025, I have not received the items and no update on shipping location. My previous order from 03/10/2025 was initially delayed as well. I have cancelled my membership due to the shipping issues. FabKids may want to check into a difference shipping vendor.

Happy Spring Shopper!:-)

Well, all the great selections for my grandson. The sale prices were extremely great! Shopping was very easy & easy to move around on the website. This is my first time ordering. I'm still not 100% on the monthly fee of $49.95; I will call customer service just to be clear that I'm understanding all the terms. But I look forward to shopping 🛍️
