Very quick and easy process for publishing
This company made publishing my book very quick and easy! I was impressed with how often I was able to communicate with the project manager Alister Lucas about my book and how quickly he worked to complete each part of the process for my book.
Overall this experience was very good and I am already thinking about publishing something else down the road with this group.

Bravo to Excel Bookwriting!
Excel Bookwriting accepted, edited, and printed my book as promised for an exceptionally low price. The editing and printing process was longer than expected due to some technical difficulties on their end, but my assigned representatives stayed in constant contact to assure me that all was well, albeit a bit delayed. The final product was beautiful and to my expectations!

Truly awful
I'm updating this review much later to say my experience was really horrible. The person assigned to my book (which is still incomplete) was Travis Carter. The services were abysmal. The communication was atrociously bad. And the writing was literally so awful. It got to a point where I got so frustrated and upset with them that I ended up blocking them and leaving the project. So as a result I wasted thousands of dollars and my time. I couldn't even get a refund. Please don't go with Excel. I promise you can find infinitely better ghostwriting services that are not only cheaper but have better writers and communicate professionally.

Excel Book Writing has been a good…
Alister Lucas has proven to be a great project manager by hearing me and following up with meaningful actions!
In the very beginning I had a couple of hiccups but when I spoke with Alister about the situation, he made the radical suggestion that I work with a different editor! The new editor turned out to be a great fit! I have enjoyed the progress we have made.
Alister makes you feel like the whole team is working on your project! It is exciting to see the progress we are making.
Excel Book Writing has been a good company to work with thus far!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I left an honest negative review a month ago and it seems like they took it down. Specifically David basley and rachael I forget her last name. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this company. They will have excellent communication with you up until they receive money from you then completely ghost and gas light you when you try to get a refund for LEGITIMATE REASONS. their 100% money back guarantee is complete and utter BS. They said my refund would be processed within 25 business days and it’s been like 40 days so far with no response or follow up. I requested a refund because they are incompetent and don’t know how to put a simple children’s book together for the life of them and honestly are just really shady people. Guess I’m gonna fly to Chicago with the local police department and my attorney to physically get my money back.

Eliza Rhodes has saved a book publishing project fro failure after an 7 month ongoing failure of multiple project managers and team players! Eliza stepped in at request of Damien and pulled all the flawed and failing g parts together and got the second printing of Love and Murder done well and on time kudos to her She has been a pleasure to work with and everything she says she will do gets done correctly and quickly
She has now become the project manager for two more book projects and I am quite pleased with all aspects of her performance and reliability. I have Also asked her to be come a member of the KILLING VINCENT PROJECT TEAM on the website!
