Creating my first book
I was happy with Excel Publishing and working with Anthony Connors. When writing a book so much goes into getting it published and printed so a lot of prayer and patience was needed. God gave me the patience as I knew Excel was doing all they could to make sure my book was finished in an excellent manner. I was very pleased with the finished product and the professionalism of Anthony. The details and how I wanted my book to look was completed within a year of all 139 pages.

A very kind and patient process.
I've have enjoyed working with Excel, being new to the entire process I feel they offer sincere support for those just beginning to apply themselves to the endeavor of writing a book. A partnership in the collaborative effort of making your project be a thing that works for you and those you hope will take from what you wish to share something of yourself. With heart felt gratitude I would recommend their services to anyone that feels they have something to say and contribute.

Excel Books is demonstrating excellent customer service by being flexible with their customers' needs and allowing customers to get a refund when requested.
That shows me that they are a good company and willing to stand behind their products and services. This type of treatment makes me want to continue to work with them. I want to send a special thank you to the staff that is working on my book project.
Mikhail. David and Rachel Thomas. Rachel started the project and Mikhail is the new project manager.
Mikhail. is currently working with me to complete a very important asset to my book and he is very interactive with getting the details and correct scopes of work. Mikhail knows how important this book is to me and how this book can potentially open more book writing opportunities for Excel Books based on the specific scope of work.
I am grateful to all of management and staff at Excel Books and I hope to celebrate with them soon on the completion of a major part of my book project!
Thankfully Yours,
Petra Lewis Glenn

My experience was great because of the communication that Allen and I had. I appreciated his viewpoint and how after listening to what I said, we came to an agreement. Also, Allen was extremely professional and remained focused on the topic. I would like to work with him again, and I hope others have the same experience as I did.

Alice and Eddie
Your staff Alice Peters and Eddie Coleman have worked with me in a professional manner. But the cost was high and I don't know how well I'll do when the book goes live. For me I needed them to take the lead more than what they did. Gave me more advice. Alice and Eddie knew the business
while I don't. Also the publishing process took longer than expected. I wish that I was more confident on how my book will sell. We could have done a better job with the covers. You can disregard my previous survey.
Thanks for your time.

Since I started with this company on April 25, 2023, everyone was so nice, gentle and helpful regarding my story “ Welcome to the Heaven “
Then I started to work with Mr. Mikhail David for editing my book
Mikhail is a real gentleman and professional regarding his job and I feel comfortable working with him
Fortunately almost a month after signing with your company, Mr. Jordan Smith called me and he was extremely encouraging and positive.
Mr. Smith told me that my story is beautiful and his positive attitude gave me a great amount of hope and confidence
I’m new in this business and at the beginning I was a little curious that if I’m working with the right people. But now I’m looking forward working with your wonderful team more and more in the future
