My experience is great because Mr. Chase Parker has been very helpful. He walks me through every step to make sure I have everything I need to make sure my book is the best. His team has also been doing a wonderful job assisting, editing and correcting my mistakes. Mr. Parker always answers all my calls and he never ignores me because he knows how important this book is to me and I really appreciate that. I couldn't be more appreciative of how everyone has been throughout this process. I want to once again thank Mr. Parker and his team.

I am currently in the middle of publishing my first book. The project managers are always patient and knowledgeable. Even when I make a mistake they go back and correct it to a higher standard. They have great packages for every budget and each one is top notch in quality. I would recommend excel to anyone who is trying to publish a book.

Being basically new at my book writing endeavor, I needed help.Leandra Knowles
was assigned to handle my book. She was eventually gone for maternity leave after guiding me along. I had spoken to Selena Martin in the past and liked the way she worked and helped so I request she takes over handling my problems/questions and editing, cover etc. She was extremely good at her job and handle any questions or changes I requested. Even staying late to help me with questions on corrections. I have said in the past to a few people at Excel that if you layoff or fired Selena Martin id pull my book and the second book I'm working on id go elsewhere. She's a great value to Excel. As was Leandra before she left on leave.

This entire process has been a easy project with the help of Mr. Alister Lucas. His guidance and knowledge helped me every step of the way

I am pleased with Excel. The response I have is positive. Thank you David, for helping me achieve my goals as a writer.

recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. The job they did for me was very poor and the communication was equally bad. It was clear that they didn't care about my needs as a customer, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Working with Alister made it a pleasure working with your company, due to the fact that Alister communicated with me ongoing, he returned my phone calls, responded to all my text messages, and responded to all my voicemails and messages left with his secretary/receptionist. Alister is truly a professional, who is efficient. Jennifer Smith, Author Shareka Smith, Coauthor The Inspirational Collections

If I could recommend anyone in this company, then definitely my vote would go to my project manager, Racheal Thomas.
She stayed connected with me all the way through, and was always updating me on the progress of my book. Her communication was stellar, and professionalism with which she handled my case was above and beyond my expectations.
If I had to do this over again, I would pick Racheal in no time. She's an amazing worker and a person who knows how to treat you like a VIP, and she'll ensure that your project gets done in the shortest times possible.

Excel took their time to capture my vision and make it come to life. "Eddie and his team" are responsive and just as passionate about my project as I am... They have great customer service and they do not rush you. Excel understands how dear these "works of art are to their clients".
We collaborated so well together and It turned out amazing! I would refer this company to any one that wants to build a long-term relationship with their publisher. They are professional and stead-fast and willing to go that extra mile. Thank you Excel!!!!

I am working with David Basley and his team. David has been great! I am having my book published and the team has been on top of every detail. I am happy with their service and excited about my book.

It is my responsibility and my human duty to let you all dear writer to know that please, please don't trust Excel Book Writing company! They are fraud, they are a great professional liars. I signed the best seller contract with them, but they were not bound by any of the provisions of the contract and according the contract I asked them refund my money but they doesn't answer my emails, texts and phone call. I really frustrated. The money was my saving that I kept for my publishing my book. Please don't trust them, I am a great example for you.
They even don't deserver for a star.

When I found out about excel book writing , I was a little sceptical at first.
But I was able to chat with Daniel Ashford. He showed me a range of services and prices. It was in the end of January. After the contract and my payment, Daniel got me in touch with Anthony Connors my project manager. He introduced me to Richard Brandon, the senior/ lead writing consult for my children book.
Both Anthony and Richard are very responsive and helpful.
I know it is the early stage of our work together. But so far, I have been pleasantly surprised and hope I will get a nice book and website in the time to continue work with them again for my next book.

I gave them $514, and they promised to publish my book, place it for sale on Kindle, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and print me a copy. They PROMISED that if I was not completely satisfied with their service, that they would give me 100% refund. Well, it has been 6 months, and they won't reply to my emails or correspondence. They just took my money and ran! DON'T BE FOOLED

When I thought about getting my short stories published, frankly I wasn't sure how to go about it. I knew major publishers won't be interested in a first-time unknown author like me. So, self-publication seemed like the way to go. But even that seemed a little daunting. I had a full-time job and didn't have the time or bandwidth.

That's when I found out about Excel Bookwriting (Thanks Google!) I have heard/read horror stories about some publishers so I was a little skeptical at first. But I was able to chat with Daniel Ashford freely and he was able to answer all my questions. He also showed me the book-publishing bundles (a range of services) - from Basic to Bestseller - that Excel offered to fit everyone's budget and needs. It was not a 'one size fits all' solution and I liked it.

My first chat with Daniel happened only on 1st of February 2023. Things moved pretty fast after that. The contract I got from Excel Bookwriting was simple and easy to understand without any scary legalese. And after I signed the contract and paid for the bundle I had chosen, Daniel got me in touch with Anthony Connors, my dedicated project manager. Anthony then introduced me to Richard Bramson, the senior/lead writing consultant for my project.

I sent them my manuscripts and have had a few calls with them already. I got my first story edited and sent back to me for my feedback a few days ago. AND, it has only been 15 days since my first chat with Daniel.

Both Anthony and Richard are very responsive and helpful. Also easy to communicate with via phone/email. I know it's still the early stages and it will take some time before I get to see my book in print/Amazon. But so far I have been pleasantly surprised.

Anthony Connors was easy to communicate with he got back to
me and addressed all my concerns, also the follow up with Richard was great too.
happy with this process and the service they provided

I recently worked with Chase Parker from Excel book writing as my book publisher, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Chase was responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the publishing industry.
Chase provided me with expert guidance every step of the way, from editing and proofreading my manuscript to designing a beautiful cover that perfectly captured the essence of my book. Throughout the process, Chase was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns that arose.
Thanks to Chase's hard work and dedication, my book was published on schedule and to the highest possible standard. The final product exceeded my expectations in every way, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the end result.
1 would highly recommend Chase Parker to anyone looking for a top-notch book publisher. Their expertise and attention to detail are second to none, and I'm confident that they would do an excellent job for any author looking to publish their work. Thank you, Chase Parker, and Excel book writing for helping me bring my book to life!

Its been a pleasure working with Mr. Anthony Connors and Mr. Richard Bramson with Excel Book Writing, I had signed up for Printing Orders with the company, the relationship didn't work quite well with the company and in time when I requested for a refund. Mr Bramson was professional enough to understand the case and he made sure the refund was processed.

David has been very responsive and attentive to partnering with me on this book project! This is my first book so I appreciate his work and am anxious to get my book out into the universe.

Since i became semi publisher/ And writing spiritual poems for the kingdom of our lord and savior. Excel has been vary flex-able along with the monthly fees for my marketing plans . As for my new friends with excel i am well pleased with there work ethics... I would refer other people who has a book idea . thank you excel for all of your great work ...

Having had the opportunity to work with both my writing crew and my Tech Support, I was able to have my book edited in a timely manner. Anthony Connors and Mr. Bramson are both absolutely wonderful people to work with. I highly recommend if you have the opportunity to publish with Excel Book Writing, do it.
