Excel Book Writing Bewertungen

My representative “Hardin Scott” has been very supportive and helpful every step of the way. He is totally available for advice and guidance.

My name is Glenda Bridges and I was excited to share my experience in working with Brandon Ross as my editor. He has been very professional, focused, attentive and was able to provide me constructive feedback and able to convince me that I could never go wrong with a well-thought- out and well executed plan. I have been very satisfied while working with him and he seems to always make me feel confident. I eventually learned that I was able to bypass any writing blocks that I once had and saw that all it took was a little creativity.

Great customer experience, upbeat people who want to get the best product out, great follow up with the project flow.

I just my first book and it wouldn't have been possible without excel. They were responsive, they answered all of my questions within 24 hours. They showed great for me and for my work. They made the process of publishing a book fun, easy and simple for a first time author.

I wrote my first book as a memoir to my husband who passed away from Stage IV Lung Cancer. I have been working with Brandon who has contacted me every week to go over any changes, as well as coordinating the marketing strategies for my website and social media. I have been very happy with the work that Brandon has done on the production of my book, as it made it a very memorable experience for writing my first book!

My project manager, Mikhail, seems to be genuinely concerned about having my book be right. I think that's because he and the rest of his team believe in my book. We are in touch every week since this project started and if he says he's going to get back to you in a certain amount of time, he does. There have been a couple times where I've sent in something to have edited and then it comes back and there are other changes made. I don't know if that was just a mistake on somebody's part or not. There have been other times where I've reviewed my book and there are spacing issues, for example, which I think they could have caught and made right since there are a publishing company but on the other hand that might be a good thing because that way it leaves all the decisions up to me and when the final product comes out it was based on my decisions. But overall a very good experience

The follow up was excellent. They know what they are doing and I will continue to grow with them on a Global bases.

Excel book writing put together a wonderful children's book for me the illustrations were on point and very lifly thanks to the team and Mr Lucas we got it all done and i am very satisfied

When working with Excel I found my project time was very useful and kept up with the Outlines of the project with Anthony Conners and Alister Lucas.
The editors are a proud knowledgeable staff that work with my needs as an Author of the book "The Journal Assignment" by Laura I Redsecker.

Excel goes above and beyond for their customers.

This company guided me through the process of publishing a book. I had the raw material, and they polished it up for each chapter until the book was finished. They made the introductions to each chapter very interesting and kept my content in place. They used the version I wanted and did a supurb job of putting interest in where needed. They changed what I needed changed and kept what I wanted kept. When they misunderstood what I intended, they let me change back to the intent I desired. My manager, Hardin Scott, got back with me every time I left a voice mail and also with email. He was very prompt in responding to my questions and explained a lot of things I did not understand about the book writing process. I would reccommend this company without reservation if you want to self publish a book.

Update 11/15/23
I am very happy to report that I have finally received my refund.

Update 11/14/23
Here we are a month after my last update and I still have to resort to messaging the sales team every day. Apparently, they have been processing my refund now for over a month. There is no reason for this delay. Apparently, the entire office cannot function unless Mr. Damien West is present and he seems to have a lot of personal emergencies on the same days as his self-imposed deadline to resolve issues.

Update: 10/18/23
I am responding to the reply from EBW below. I want to thank you for underscoring your company's lack of English proficiency. Your response was a single run-on sentence with no punctuation. It exemplifies the quality of the edits I received.

I am a native English speaker and I am not fluent in any other language than English. Further, I am an Ivy League graduate. I find your insinuation offensive.

I have documentation of all of our communication, which includes my responses. It should not take a year to "review a case" and process a refund when our entire professional relationship consists of one chapter that your company could not edit without grammatical errors and a year of communication asking for a refund.

I copied and pasted into Grammarly your versions of the chapter that I received. From a FREE website, I received a higher-quality edit than the one I received from EBW. If you need me to provide all of the documentation of your company's ineptitude, I would be more than happy to do that.
This company is a scam in my opinion. I have been waiting for a refund for over a year. They took $2500 and gave me one edited chapter that was full of grammatical errors. After months of countless attempts to get them to correct the errors, with no success, I asked for a refund. When I told them I wanted my money back, they started trying to dump me on different project managers who just kept dropping the ball. For the last 3 months, I have been waiting for a phone call to resolve the issues. No phone call has come. This company needs to be investigated.

I have a great experience with Excel Publishing. There is a quick response to the needs I have. I like that the company is a praying people. The company seems to be listening to the Lord. The Lord is helping them get stronger. I appreciate David Basely and his help.

Alister was very professional and supportive through the process.

I'm only withholding the 5th star because my experience is mid-stream. To date, every interchange I've had with Neil has been prompt, specific, helpful, and responsive to my questions, concerns, and suggestions. I'm very pleased this far.

DO NOT DO IT!!!!! Do not give your book to these people, they will try to hold your books hostage to make you purchase their marketing packages. I ordered a package, which included 50 books for a book release/ launch that was scheduled in July 2023. We are currently at the end of September and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY BOOKS, even though the representative, Hardin Scott, assured me that I would. After having to push my event back TWICE due to not having books, I had to start accepting orders through Barnes and Nobles, just so that people can get their books on time. Excel uploaded the books to Amazon and Barnes and Noble and then told me that I would have to wait for Amazon to approve it which can take 10 days. They never sent me a sample book, he instead mailed me 10 books to basically shut me up from complaining and assured me that my remaining books were on the way. NEVER AGAIN will I use this trash of a publishing company. They do not keep their word, they only try to make you buy their products because they think that everyone is consumed by money and selling books. I just wanted to celebrate a major accomplishment after not writing in nearly 20 years. I trusted this company with my project that meant so much to me only to have my event ruined, three times and I still do not have my books! I have bookstores asking me to submit a copy of my books and I can't even do that because NOW I have to order author copies from another REPUTABLE company just so that I can have some to send out because Excel won't send my books as they promised to do. I will definitely be disputing this with my credit card company if I do not receive my books or a refund within the next few days. This is three months past due at this point and no one cares. EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR ALL OF THESE THINGS!!! They literally didn't do much of anything outside of uploading the books to Amazon and Barnes and Noble, which I could have done myself. I paid them $1050 for this "service". NEVER AGAIN!

Excel Book Writing
Is a good book publishing company. My first book Streets Of Prostitution By Mike Leon it's a exotic photography book was published. I thank them for all this .

Hello Mr Brandon Ross and Dave:
Blessings to you both for helping me get this
GIVING A LEG TO THE AMERICAN ENGLISH Books 1 to 6. I know how hard you work in finishing the edit of Books 1 to 5 and I believe that by next week you would have ready the Book 6. It's no joke to work on this kind of project because this is not even a school textbook but just a study help to people of any grade or age, students in or out of school, but interested in
participating in conversation, oral or written. I admire
your Patience and Enthusiasm in servicing people like me who are not certified and maybe not qualified to belong to any American school system.
Many thanks. Rest assured that I will also go out of my way to recommend you and company to my friends and family and learners. More power to you.

As I mentioned in my last review that I had three case managers, since February 26, 2022. The third case manager is Mr. David Basely. From day one working with him. He has been trying his best to correct all wrongs. He has dealt with all of my concerns hands on, without any problems. He returns my phone calls immediately. He responds to emails quickly. He is really trying his best to make me feel comfortable with this company. I have two other projects with this company and I’m trying my best not to pull away from them because I really do have trust issues. But if David is going to stay on as a case manager, I will trust him and hope that all will go well. My other projects are a book and a movie script.

David has a massive help to me and my book because he help me ease into this instead throwing benefits and I stand to gain if I send them money. he was understanding, and that understanding help me get comfortable with Excel.
