Parcel was 4 days late, no tracking updates or explanation as to why. I contacted Amazon to say parcel not received and was given a refund and told I can decline to accept the parcel if it turned up.... Mehr ansehen

Extremely poor service. I think the local courier delivery man is at fault. Tried to complain about him, but you cannot speak to a human. All parcels through March are undelivered by him on his round.... Mehr ansehen

Terrible !

Terrible !! We are chasing 2 vinted parcels they have lost. You have to wait a month to complain. They lost 2 chairs last year. In my opinion, they are either totally incompetent or all the drivers are on the take on an industrial basis.

Evri/Hermes have lost 2 out of 3 of my…

Evri/Hermes have lost 2 out of 3 of my parcel deliveries in one week. Customer services can not be reached directly by phone, and when someone did respond it was with a totally different tracking number to the one l provided, and they did this twice. I will never understand why people use this company, or how they are still in business!!

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Kept promising to deliver my John Lewis parcel then said they were unable to. This went on for three days then they returned it to John Lewis leaving me to sort out the problem. The email I received telling me this was addressed to someone else!

I have been waiting for a parcel that…

I have been waiting for a parcel that was stated on my tracking as being delivered on 18/6/2025 and still not received . On the website it says you can as chat bot to talk to an advisor …absolute lie it says on web site ring the number for customer service absolute lie you get through to a chat bot who says that your parcel is being investigated. I get emails to say they will call me the next day to up date me absolute lie. I can’t reply as it says the emails are not monitored. I went back to the company I bought from they said it’s in Evri hands!!
This was for my granddaughters birthday which has been and gone so someone tell me who I get my money back from ?
I am upset and disgusted this service and I am seriously considering small claims court.
I found the company secretary email but no reply …surprise surprise ….what are next steps when a chat bot doesn’t understand and there’s not a human any where available…..

Useless Courier

This is my third review of this shocking company. I live in rural north Wales and have made several complaints about what is frankly an appalling service.

The Same courier, working for Evri, has now misplaced 10 parcels in the last three months. In fact, not a single parcel has made it to my house as each one has been replaced. This same courier somehow still has a five-star rating despite costing me hundreds of pounds in lost items.

I have reached out to Evri and have made tens of complaints and have not managed to get through to a single person on this issue. Today I could not believe, after three weeks of acclaimed 'escalation' of my issue that the company deemed the problem the fault of the seller and not themselves.

Evri knows my email, they know I am making complaints but have made no efforts to reach out to me. I simply cannot get through to the regional manager to discuss my concerns and now see no other option than to seek legal advice.

Absolutely terrible company.

EVRI ONE A LIAR

here we are again. despite evri telling me it will deliver today after my rant yesterday. a lady from customer service called claire if you believe that informed me that if it wasnt delivered the next day she would contact me the following day. next day i got update at 7.30 with an exact repeat of the mail the day before i have now given up so if you read this claire give up like me. its no wonder you are the worst courier company on gods earth

Worst Of The Worst !!

They really couldn't give a damn about you receiving you're items.Cant update options or leave reviews about bad service as they're app rejects postcodes so you can't resolve issues or leave a review Don't bother to contact them as No customer service response just email about how they're
going to report to supervisor (nonsense)..

Don't even try

Don't even try, go somewhere else.
Bought an item on Ebay, seller packed and sent with proof. They claimed to try to deliver at multiple attempts, but I have video evidence that nobody was aroudn the area at the given time. My whole family was home, waiting for the parcel. Blatantly just stole the item.
Customer service in non-existent, never get any help.

No Customer Service, Disgraceful.

I sold an item on Vinted. The customer received their order 25/06/2025. Vinted are now refunding them, rightly so. However, I have been unable to get any level of customer, whether dealing with the chat bot (so repetitive}. Tried telephoning that is even worse. Never any human customer service available. Disgraceful. Now I am not able to claim for the damages nor the refund I have given to the customer.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, sent a parcel that wasn’t collected and deemed ‘lost’ *cough probably stolen cough*. Not only that but my very next experience with them is receiving a parcel, which lo and behold missed its original delivery date and has been lost!!! Again!

What an absolutely joke of a ‘courier’ ‘service’

I’ve removed Evri from all of my eBay listings going forward and asked anyone sending me stuff to please avoid them.

I sent a parcel through Vinted with…

I sent a parcel through Vinted with everi They said it was received on the 17th of June and it’s the 22nd and still not out for delivery. They are useless. They don’t pay their staff enough so some drivers don’t give a shit.

What a cowboy outfit !…

My wife ordered some sandals from a Cambridge store for home delivery. When we returned home on the late afternoon of Monday 23/6/25 we found a note from our neighbour to say she had an EVRI parcel for us that had been left with her since FRIDAY 20/6/25 whilst we were out !! EVRI had not left us a note or sent a text or an email so we were completely unaware our neighbour had the parcel prior to today. If we had known the seller used EVRI as their courier we would not have ordered the item for home delivery as we have had enough of their incompetence and inefficiency and always try to avoid deliveries where they are involved. They are just a cowboy outfit.

Zero stars

Zero stars. As of yet, my parcel has not been delivered. Should have been between 15.00 and 16.00. No parcel yet. 17.25. Then they say parcel to big. Being delivered by another van. They can see the size of the parcel when they pick up from the pick up. Do they know what they are doing. Rubbish service. No stars.

Not sure where to start really

Not sure where to start really. EVRI are the courier of choice for Easylife. I purchased a table for my disabled mother only to find it not suitable. I rang Easylife to arrange collection. A date was duly picked and all they could say was the item would be collected between 8am and 8pm. I waited and by 9.45pm I knew they were not coming. There had been no communication from Evri at all. Easylife arranged another collection with Evri and I paid £10 for the privilege.Late on collection day they sent me a collection window, later still they sent me another collection window which was later that day. Great I thought. I went on to the tracking link only to find that my collection was no longer required!!!. There was no name mentioned or reason given. I called Easylife, they had no explanation and could see none on the system they use for connecting to Evri. I did hope they would call someone and ask but they did not. They did say they would investigate. I asked them to let me know the outcome. They were sympathetic and refunded the £10 paid for collection but they would not refund me the cost of the table because their courier screwed up. They duly made another appointment to have the table collected by Evri and yet again I waited and waited. This time like the first time there was no communication with regard to a time frame or anything they just did not turn up. Easylife say no refund until item is back in the warehouse,no speaking to supervisor or manager as there isnt one there and I could arrange to have to item collected myself or they could make another appointment to have it collected by Evri. I sent it back at my cost. Was way too angry with Easylife and them not taking responsibility or even talking to their courier Evri. This is not the first time I have had an issue with Evri. Saying item has been left in reception when I live in a terraced house or saying item left with resident when it has not been. Strangely I heard from the local post office that Evri did not have enough drivers to be able to pick up items for them for 4 days and it took them 4 days to find out the reason. Evri did not offer or volunteer that information. I for one would have a lot more respect for them if they were honest and truthful. Right now I have no respect for them at all.

Normally delivery is great but pick up !!!!!!!however…

Normally delivery is great service. However last week booked a return to Bonmarche using Evri. I paid my fee, packaged up item and printed off a label for next day pick up. As I am disabled and undergoing cancer investigations I assessed this was a good choice - less worry for me. WRONG. Three days later still waiting for pick up to return to Bonmarche. Evri App says it’s not expecting returns from me but Evri have taken money to do this??? So here I am - not going back on Chatbox as it’s totally useless - yes I have attempted this. Exhausted by all of this and thinking how hard can this be for Evri?? Contract broken with me that’s for sure and I made this decision thinking it would be a relief. 🥲
