Parcel was 4 days late, no tracking updates or explanation as to why. I contacted Amazon to say parcel not received and was given a refund and told I can decline to accept the parcel if it turned up.... Mehr ansehen
Extremely poor service. I think the local courier delivery man is at fault. Tried to complain about him, but you cannot speak to a human. All parcels through March are undelivered by him on his round.... Mehr ansehen

RIDICULOUS! Email me or phone me if needed, I have left tracking number multiple times when I rang your number about 8 times and reported this to the retailer.
Evri, WHERE IS MY PARCEL??
Your driver got lost on 26th March then delivered it days later. NOW THE ONE your driver say was delivered to me and showed a hand holding a parcel with an unrecognisable ground, is NOT MY AREA. Consider not paying these drivers or deducting their pay when delivering to wrong address and to go back to address to claim what was delivered wrongly.

I have had 10 emails from them mostly Clairre promising every time to look for my parcel.never got any satisfaction .may I point out to others like myself what you insured parcel for does not matter in court.legally when you pay for them to deliver it is a legally binding contract. If they fail they are in breach.excuse spelling I am 82 and have Parkinsons good luck to u all

Evri delivered my parcel to 152 instead of 150 two days last week.

I live in a flat with an intercom entry .they buzzed my flat and when I answered they said there's a a parcel for you and said to come down and fetch it and before I could answer they hung up .so I went down and my delivery of 4 bar stools was on the street and the guy had gone .and left it on the street .disgusting service

it is impossible. Evri have designed a system to never be able to respond. I have tried the phone, the email, the incident report system, no one responds, total FAILURE. Yet again drive leaves parcel in a common area, dose not bother knocking or ringing the bell. By the time I see the proof of delivery the parcel has gone.
This is happening on a regular basis now and must stop.
I am disabled and the driver has made me go to the main entrance before and then had a bad attitude and almost a week later to call about my complaint just an email saying I must be lying as the driver was nearby on GPS which for them seems proof of delivery when in fact the driver last time refused to give me because he could not scan the parcel.
Evri do not call after many attempts to contact them and pretend they did not do anything wrong.
Last time it went missing after driver refused to give to me and this time has no respect to knock or ring bell causing another loss Avoid or you might be sorry!

Still awaiting my parcel which evri said was to be delivered 2 days ago then had a message the following day saying it’s to be delivered that day never turned up and another message today to say it’s coming and it’s still not arrived 3 days wasted waiting in for a parcel that hasn’t arrived and I’ve requested a call back the last two days and am still waiting for that’s aswell , terrible customer service unfortunately it was ordered through Amazon prime so had no choice of courier but certainly would never recommend , definately needs a shake up of customer service and try replying to people not some automatic response sent in an email

Yeah another one of my parcels not delivered. Been waiting since the 20th. Contacted the company they have said it was meant to be delivered. Contacted Evri no response H04Z7A0021841979 that is the number of the item I have written on another Evri website on here with the other parcel that's gone missing. I am unsure how this company can get away with saying parcels are out for delivery and don't arrive. This is 8 days later and I'm still waiting for a response and for my parcel that should have been delivered at 2:00 p.m.
EVRI ONES A LOSER...
Evri are without doubt the worst courier service known to humankind. I've changed delivery address to a local post office, because they couldn't manage to find my cottage, whereas never have issue with other couriers managing to find it!
But the dreaded glance at the Evri tracking page, stating its out for delivery, to Parcelshop, and date remains the same for days! Then the usual interaction with the 'Bot system' and the the icing on the cake, the Fake Clair comes to the rescue, with her offer I am going to make sure your parcel will be delivered later today!.... and then when you try and access their complaint system it doesn't recognise your tracking number, your name, or ParcelShop address. Absolutely diabolical company...AVOID

0 stars if I could. Been chasing a mobile phone all week ( june 2025 ), no replies or call backs. This is a £120 mobile phone purchased on ebay, when the seller told me he had used evri, my jaw dropped, I told my wife that id not see that phone arriving, and guess what, I was right, after waiting all week for a 2 day delivery, on the friday I ( buyer ) got a message on evri's website tracking explaining that my package has been ' damaged beyond repair ' and has been disposed of. How convenient ' disposed of ' . So there is no proof of this. BUYERS AND SELLER you have been warned ! they have not changed at all , only the name ' Hermes to Evri ' they are still messing around with sellers / buyers packages. This cowby firm need to be shut down.
I have nothing to say to you evri, ive said it all here, apologies don't cut it.
