As a local and petrolhead , I popped down to evolve after a Tesco visit as I wanted to view their stock . It was a crappy weather day but saw a bmw x3 m40d that took my eye . Paul came out and went to get the keys for me and left me to have a look around it . Really like it and went inside to look at a px deal. I must say that all the staff were friendly even though it was busy . Shane and Paul worked out a deal which was suitable and we started the paperwork . Paul was helpful and pleasant and so was Shane his manager . I collected the car on the Friday even though we agreed the following Tuesday as my px was as described and my new car was washed and presented to me so all good to go. Great experience, not pushy and no bs. Just as it should be thanks guys regards Dave

Overall a good experience. Paul explained everything without any pressure and answered any questions. My husband is very happy with his purchase so far.

What a refreshing change to buy a car without hassle or any sales pressure. This company prides themselves for honesty and rightly so. Paul our sales person went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and was very responsive to any questions we sent before and after the sale.

I listed my car on Motorway and this dealer won the auction with what appeared to be a competitive bid. However, my experience after that was extremely disappointing.
From the first conversation, it became clear that despite winning the auction at their chosen price, they were already laying the groundwork to negotiate it down before even seeing the vehicle. I was told that any minor scratches or small imperfections would result in deductions from the agreed price, which made the original bid feel misleading.
Communication was unprofessional throughout. Messages included laughing emojis at inappropriate points in the conversation. I explained that I needed to sell the car fairly quickly because I required a larger vehicle for childcare reasons. Rather than simply discussing collection times, I felt that personal circumstances were being unnecessarily probed and then used as leverage because they knew I was motivated to sell.
When I asked if collection could be arranged within the next few days, I made it clear that I understood they might have other vehicles scheduled first and simply wanted an indication of timescales. Instead of receiving a straightforward answer, I was repeatedly spoken down to and had the situation explained to me multiple times in a patronising manner.
The overall impression was that the company was looking for reasons to reduce the agreed price while taking advantage of the fact that I needed to sell. As a result, I cancelled the Motorway sale before proceeding any further. After doing so, I even received another message containing a laughing emoji asking why I had cancelled.
Based on my experience, I found the communication unprofessional, dismissive and lacking in respect. I would not choose to deal with this company again.

This was by far the worst car-buying experience I have ever had.
I paid a deposit on 22nd April and was given an agreed delivery date of 30th April. From that point onwards it was nothing but delays, excuses, broken promises and a complete lack of communication.
The delivery date was missed. I was then given another delivery date, only to be told on the day that the car had developed a fault. I was repeatedly assured that the issue would be resolved shortly and that it "wouldn't be days", yet the delays continued week after week.
Every update required me to chase them myself. I was constantly promised new delivery dates which then came and went without explanation. I was also promised a video of the vehicle, which I requested multiple times over a period of weeks and never received.
The final straw was discovering the vehicle had ongoing issues relating to a Ghost immobiliser. After weeks of delays, they were still unable to properly remove or resolve the problem. I was then shown messages discussing how the vehicle could still randomly display warning lights and faults relating to the starting system and gearbox.
What shocked me most was that, despite these known issues, the vehicle was still being offered to me. I was effectively being asked to accept a car that they knew could continue to display faults and warning lights, with suggested workarounds rather than a proper repair.
I therefore cancelled the purchase.
To make matters worse, after cancelling, it took almost two weeks to receive my deposit back and I had to continually chase for updates and repayment. Nothing was done proactively and every stage of the process required me to follow up myself.
I sold my previous car based on the agreed delivery dates and was left without transport for weeks because of the repeated delays, poor communication and failure to deliver on promises.
Faults can happen with any vehicle. What matters is how a company deals with them. In my experience, the communication, organisation, customer service and overall handling of this sale were completely unacceptable.
I would not purchase a vehicle from this company again and would strongly advise others to think carefully before doing so.
Absolute cow-boys
Absolute cow-boys, bought my motor through motor way, was being long to start then after 2 weeks decided to send a motor way delivery guy to collect, chipped me £800 then said was sending payment but didnt and starting ignoring calls, would never use them , and their landling directs to a mobile so.
