Absolute shocking delivery service particularly for Edinburgh South. Whoever runs this area should be called out. Attempted deliveries made they say (they did not I have CCTV) , parcels not delivered for weeks, parcels delivered to wrong address.

This is a postscript to my earlier complaint sent today.
There was an email from EVRI stating they are coming to collect my Woolovers parcel, time stated between 14.30 & 16.30. Email arrived 14.44 and yet again no one came.
I might add I never bought anything from this company.
I am speechless at such incompetence.

I ordered 3 stair rails via an Amazon shop, to be delivered by EVRI. We found a note in our letter box on Tuesday 22nd Feb telling us the EVRI guy had rang our bell and he was taking the items away because nobody was in. That was a barefaced lie. We were definitely at home. The following day EVRI returned. Nobody rang our bell but I saw the vehicle and went to the door to find the stair rails on the doorstep. One of them was smashed way beyond repair. It must have been subjected to considerable violence. This company has a well deserved reputation as the worst of the worst.

Evri replied to earlier review requesting I leave a message called phone number given there was no option to leave a message.

Once again, parcel out for delivery since 19th February.

Lost my parcel and refuses to pay compensation. they said it was up to the seller to compensate me.
And now today delivered another parcel to a house 1/2 a mile away, THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED .they seem to think they have nothing to loose Do NOT TRUST THEM

Heaven help us ! Parcel not delivered and then when I complained I found it not on the door step but thrown into the front garden!

I have just had a problem with Evri , went to collect a clock & collect parcel from a store on 3 occasions , no code scanner on my. Phone only that Evri had delivered it . eBay wouldn't refund me and, closed the case . I was going to go down to citizens advice and police . Then I wake up this morning and they have refunded the money. Before I purchase any thing else I will find out what couriers they use .

Parcel returned via EVRI in OCTOBER 2025, and the supplier never received it. I have been attempting since then to locate or recover the parcel, value £179.80, numerous emails,but they constantly cannot or will not give me an answer.
One can only assume that the goods have been pilfered within the organisation and sold on.
My only recourse now is the small claims court.

After not receiving my parcel and sending 26 e mails to evri and them telling me they had my parcel they didn't have my parcel my parcel was lost i would receive my parcel within two days they stopped answering my e mails and I'm £36 out of pocket DO NOT USE THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY I will never again

Their driver delivered our packages to a door which was not ours, not near us and we could not locate the area by the photo they took - the drivers are totally incompetent - Customer service?? there isn't any "we will raise this with the manager" doesn't mean anything...

Evri delivery service is one of the worst and most unreliable companies in the UK. Even after several complaints, their drivers still do not follow customers’ delivery instructions. They mark parcels as “delivered” when I have never actually received them. This causes customers unnecessary stress and frustration because of their unreliability. I hope businesses think carefully before contracting with Evri, as it may damage their reputation as much as Evri’s has been damaged.

I would give them no stars if possible. After looking everywhere for my order I found it in a snow grit bin!!!

ON TWO ITEMS WAS TOLD THEY WOULD ATTEMPT TO DELIVER THREE TIMES THEY NEVER TRIED AND SENT THE ITEMS BACK TO THE SUPPLIER WITHOUT REASON.TRIED TO CONTACT THEM ,THEY COULD NOT FINT ARTICLES I GUESS DUE TO SENDING BACK .TRIED TO SPEAK TO A PERSON NO JOY.I SEEM TO HAVE PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY TO WRONG ADDRESS,LEFT IN A BAD PLACE I THINK I COULD GO ON,AND FILL A COUPLE OF PAGES TRACKING REF OFTHE LAST ONE IS H06R4A0077115611

Returned goods with digital QR code was told by evri shop id get email with tracking number 14 days later still nothing & company saying not received back goods

Jame our local delivery driver is awful, we have had parcels left in the street, miles away and also thrown behind our car on the driveway, found the next morning. Tonight our parcel was left at a neighbour’s house, we have CCTV & can see that no-one attempted to deliver a parcel. where possible we ask companies not to use Evri because the delivery so so unreliable.

Evri contacted me regarding a complaint and offered me a callback,instead I received an email which was regarding parcel not received ! I'd complained regarding numerous packages left on doorstep umpteen times...they either don't understand English or they don't care...which is it EVRI !!!

Delivered parcel despite staying in to receive the parcel due to, did not receive any notification or reminders that parcel was going to be delivered, parcel just thrown onto front house step , no knock on door at anything , worse parcel service I’ve come across, will never use again .

Another ruined parcel from evri, thats three since xmas, I wonder how long it will be before they change their name again.

Ordered item from eBay the next day delivery service was 6 days and it was not delivered to my house the pic on website is a white door mine is dark blue my instructions on site say knock, or ring bell no knock or ring I also put leave behind planter near front door or if it fits put through letter box it is a small parcel it would go through letter box the phone line gets cut off when you ring live chat is a bot on chat asked for a call back over an hour ago absolutely crap the worst courier company in the uk if I could give no stars I would and all this is the regular service from this scam company
