Another failure from this utterly useless excuse of a delivery company. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU??? Why are you incapable of delivering parcels to me? Today, not only have you screwed up two deliveries., but you have sent me tracking information and photos of someone elses house AND someone elses package. Utterly incompetent company.

Once again Evri haven't managed to get a package to my door. This time it was dumped outside my block of flats, presumably the courier was tired and couldn't make it up the stairs. Ironically, after finding it dumped with damage the local Royal Mail guy found and delivered to my hand. Well done Royal Mail, Evri rubbish as usual. How many complaints does it take to get good service from Evri where every delivery has been a lottery

You write the same thing to everyone, but the packages disappear and you do nothing.

Useless, say they’ve delivered it but they tell lies, people have cameras now, then seconds later after you’ve seen their van drive past your house without dropping your item off, they send you a 79p charge for a redelivery, wanting your bank details and date of birth, and what should of been delivered was a small pair of earrings, post it you dozy Evri lot and to the right address which often goes to another address elsewhere and you’ve to search for it. Crap service and I can’t stand Liars

Yet again 0* for EVRI, they claim to have attempted delivery - well I've been in ALL DAY and no one has been to the door !! They send a picture of grey sky, which is supposed to be my front door. This happens EVRI time a package comes through them, mostly I NEVER receive it and have to claim from the seller. Their package ref: T01E8A0118407253

Fake delivery! It has taken some time to work out most of this Evri scam, It involves parcels been switched to small letterbox size one's which do not require couriers to knock on your door, I will explain what I have discovered, Your parcel is let's say a jacket and you live at number 70, Somehow your parcel dissapeares and is replaced by parcel for your neighbour at 68 a very small parcel, The tracking is still showing it is your parcel, The courier puts this tiny parcel through your next doors letterbox and it comes up as delivered to your address! Unfortunately for this scam I can clearly see by the proof photo it is not my front door or my address on the small parcel! Question is where are the parcels been switched and why is the courier putting false information i.e item delivered to the wrong address ( your next door neighbours) Is this just basic deception or something else? Last time the courier did deliver it to my address even though it was addressed to my neighbour and it was a camera SD card inside the envelope rather than a £50 jacket! After reading all the negative reviews of parcels vanishing by other people and a 1* rating My conclusion is there no security measures at the depots or things are disappearing in couriers vehicles, As ever in life do not tar everyone with the same brush as there will be plenty hard working honest drivers working for Them, I worked in this industry and out of 7 Night staff 2 were thieving scumbags,One was prolific stealing kids Birthday cards each night for the money content! I now have the item which was switched by Evri , As stated the address was switched to my next door neighbours house with a made up name on it, So if you have time please read this!!! When my original parcel was taken to parcel shop it must have had my address on which was imputed by being scanned by Evri so at this stage it my name on it and my correct address and got a tracking number of H00iAA2243233674, After this stage my jacket becomes a very small package of ladies face stickers and the address is now my next door neighbours with a false name on it! The label is still saying 2kg not about 3grams as it is now, The question is who took my jacket and replaced label with a Evri label with my next door neighbours door number and fictitious name Albert Rose! The courier delivered parcel as addressed however on the system it still had my address not my next door neighbours! If anyone can unravel this scam I would love to here from you! Thank you! Mark.

I’m so upset , whoever you courier was blatantly took the picture and stolen the packages with him.

This delivery service is the worst one ever! My account said the item I ordered was delivered to my safe place- I was in all day and had no delivery and no item was left in my safe place. I went to a few houses to ask if it had been left there but it hadn't! Thankfully a kind man from across the street came to my home later with my parcel and said it had been left in his safe place with something he ordered. So Evri couldn't be bothered delivering mine and left it with him! The tracking is rubbish, no email confirmation, proof of delivery or a picture. They shouldn't be allowed to deliver and don't care about about your order!

After the reply from EVRI by Kimberley giving the phone number and website i still haven’t been able to leave message on the phone it looks for previous parcels and tells me about those.

The website no better then someone I don’t know if there from EVRI or a scam said pay £1 for information and it will be returnable but there was no way of checking how much they would take so could not do that.

Also they sent another courier who can’t help with a label.

EVRI I JUST NEED HELP

Absoulte thieving rats of a company ordered a smart tv for home delivery over 40 days now it was collected by evri and taken to there warehouse then no further , when I messaged they said it was lost , yeah right more like one of your rats stole it , highly recommend not to use this scamming company absolutely terrible service needs closing for good , see the big boss who owns it all made millions couldn't give a toss about any of his customers.

The EVRI App is absolutely useless

NB premium gym shoes out for delivery.....delivery promised 4 days ago.........Never arrived.....I wonder where they went?

Parcel left in a unsafe place even though there is a sign saying don’t leave parcels on theses steps unsafe didn’t even press my flat number just dump it there and only because I check my parcel delivery date I found it had been delivered

The parcel was due for delivery on Monday and had reached the delivery depot.
Later that day I received an update that delivery was delayed due to bad weather.
How the hell is partly cloudy with a 10% chance if rain!
No further updates were shown.
Upon contacting Evri I was told the parcel could not be delivered and to claim for the loss.
It has obviously been lost or stolen.
Will be using Royal Mail in the future.

My parcel is stuck in Everi’s hub in Baintry What a useles company Hermes/Everi. They say in their message. “Good news we have your parcel”
I would never use this useless company.

Totally useless company, they just lie for their own convenience, they promise to deliver at a certain time, and just change it continuously throughout the day, and then say we were unable to deliver your parcel you were not available, total nonesenc

EVERI delivery !!!!!is completely a joke makers I’m not happy with the competence they have I have lost two packages the first from temu the cost £63 and the second is a mobile phone cost £54 I all ways put in delivery description I need my packages to be delivered on the the front of my door ???? But unfortunately they’re throwing my delivery on the mailroom where clearly there’s a note on the walls sais don’t leave the delivery in mailroom there is thief’s a round !!!!its been a week now I have sent email to EVERI explaining the matter!! But there’s none answer…I need my full refund.

The package was later found in the neighbour's garden where it had been thrown . The package was very small and accurately labelled and would easily go through the letter box of the numbered door .

Once again, I had a parcel scheduled to bedelivered Saturday evening at 20.09 pm I noticed on the app parcel stated attempted delivery no attempt was made these clowns do not realise there are so many ring doorbells he took a picture which looks like it was in the back of the van. This has been reported on the Saturday and still no update so the proof is the courier received the parcel so where is it now? People are at their wits ends why should they pay all this money for items for your drivers to just take at there leisure? Surely something has got to be done this cannot go on !!!

Shocking! Poor service never has been reliable. I believe this business is operating fraudulentley. No customer service except a bot. The proof of delivery images are always blank picture. Good job I have cctv. Also very poor English or no English speaking delivery drivers. No respect for peoples property. AVOID at all costs. I have lost count of how much time and money this shit show has cost me.
