Have been thinking about an artificial hedge for some time and decided on the Aline Garden Green Wall. Easy ordering and efficient delivery. Fairly easy to put up and secure. Has been used to cover a dull fence. The end result certainly has the WOW factor. Very pleased.

Firstly their website is easy to navigate and place an order. Secondly I received my order with two days time, and finally I like their products, very realistic and last longer. I have been ordering for the past few years with this company and I predominantly purchase outdoor plants, and I have been very happy so far.

Had a wall planter and every plant I put in it died! Probably because I’m not good at remembering to water them!

Ordered two new planters from this Company. Efficient friendly Company, great knowledge and super quick delivery, ordered 2pm and was delivered the very next morning. I have used this Company previously and they never disappoint. Super Company and great products.

I had an amazing customer experience with Evergreen. My order arrived slightly damaged – delivery companies fault not Evergreen's – and they sent a next day replacement within an hour of me emailing the problem. The replacement arrived in perfection condition. Jenny, who helped me, is fab. Great communication and great production. Highly recommend!

Have bought from ED quite regularly over the past year or so and have found them to be consistently very good in terms of quality of products and speed of delivery. Their outdoor plants are very realistic and well made as well as being far superior for UV resistance compared to other retailers. Delivery is very quick and often the next day. Overall, an excellent company and I would certainly recommend them to others.

Despite there being some negative reviews about this company I can honestly say I have nothing but good things to say about Evergreen Direct.

Ordered preglued stones and exspanding foam order number 100042693 never received them even after several emails which were not answered don't think would recommend would like a refund

I purchased £250 of geraniums for exterior flower pots. At that time the product info said UV treated and guaranteed not to fade when used outside, although this copy has since been removed following my small claims court action against them. What occurred is that within 9 months the red geraniums had all faded. When I advised the company that perhaps the plants had missed the UV treatment and what do they suggest. The staff member I found was most unhelpful and simply said "what do you expect after 9 months". After detailing the issue again later with the owner, who I found via Companies House, they reluctantly sent me 12 white geraniums, which I was told would not fade so quickly. I was asked for proof of the fading, for which I sent pictures through of a further 12 red geraniums.
Regrettably I had to sue them for £150 plus court costs to get the situation remedied, whereby they were forced to pay up. All was unnecessary had they acted responsibly. I even drew their attention to the advertising copy they used and suggested they needed to change it as it was misleading.

I would say beware of any product purchased from them.

Great customer service and communication. I ordered the wrong height tree and it was returned and replaced very easily and quickly too. Product excellent and prices good as well. Surprised there's so many negative reviews.

No one can believe this tree Evergreen made for me is not real. Really good quality products and very impressed with the customer service. I would never go anywhere else for artificial products. Highly recommend... if in any doubt I would suggest giving them a call because everyone was so friendly and offered some great advice.
