Can’t get hold of anyone to enquire about my order????

Worried now this may not be a good company to deal with.
Not happy

I wanted some plants for new outdoor tubs and picked:
Purple Perillia Plants
Purple Heather Plants
Grape Ivy Bushes
Purple Hydrangea Plants
They look lovely planted together. I am very pleased with my purchases. The quality of the plants is really good and very realistic looking. The delivery options are excellent.

My first order was for two buxus bushes , planted and potted , so pleased with them , very realistic. I then ordered an olive tree but unfortunately the wrong item was sent, the return and collection was arranged for next day and I was refunded straight away. The olive tree is out of stock at the moment but I will re order as soon as the product is available.
My experience with this company has been 100% positive. Great service all round .

I ordered the 175cm hand built multi stemmed silver birch but was sent the artificial spring birch instead so thankfully the return is on them rather than me. If you are making a purchase hoping this looks real, it really doesn't. It is clearly very plasticky. The leaves despite having mixed colours look very unreal unless viewed from a far distance. And the big selling point of a real trunk is lost by the very plastic side branches that extend from it and by the fact that the trunk is cut off flat at the top with a blob of moss looking birds nest glued on to try and disguise this. All is all very disappointing.

I ordered an artificial UV Palm Grass Deluxe Red 120cm, and I had Evergreen Direct pot it for me in a glossy black planter. They did a great job and it arrived promptly. It was worth paying extra for the potting service as I've attempted to pot my own artificial plants using expandable foam in the past and made a mess of it. I would not hesitate to order again. Product very disappointing. Plasticky and nasty. Not in the least bit lifelike when you get within a metre of it.

Really pleased with the quality of products we ordered, very realistic and high quality. Customer services helped out very quickly with a small delivery issue which got resolved the next day. Will look to purchase from them again in the future.

I think some reviewers are so unrealistic . At the end of the day these products are plastic , uv resistant and it comes with a 2 year guarantee but after some years in the sun and wind I would expect to see some signs of wear and tear . It’s to be expected !

Shocking Service
Purchased a $1,500 tree 2 months ago and still no sign of my tree. I e tried calling and emailing multiple times and keep getting told they will sort it but nothing happens. Such a disappointment.

Delivery was pretty quick despite being made to order. The product itself is very realistic, but expect to move the leaves around after transition to get that real effect. Overall really happy and will definitely order some more for inside and out.

I contacted this company three times by e-mail in March and April with product questions. No response to all three. Looking at other companies now.

The products from Evergreen Direct are decent overall, and the customer service, especially from Georgina, was helpful and efficient. Delivery was prompt and items were well-packaged. While the quality of the artificial plants is good, there’s room for improvement in some areas to truly stand out. A satisfactory experience, but not without a few minor reservations.

Beautiful spiral trees for outside the front door. Carefully packed and fast delivery. Fantastic quality compared to others l have seen in garden centres. I will definitely use and recommend this company again.
