Alex did a fabulous job installing our new EV home charging pod. Very clean worker and nothing was too much trouble. We did have an issue with the actual charging unit (not related to the installation) which Alex tried to fix on the day but was unable to. He then kept in contact and came back as promised to replace a faulty part from the manufacturer. Would highly recommend this company.

Jon and Alex delivered a seamless installation process. The wiring and the box was neatly setup. They patiently explained the product and the optimal settings along with troubleshooting if ever required.

Prior to installation day, they took care of everything right from getting the units arranged and necessary permissions sorted out. Jon took the effort of calling me when I was asking around for quotes. he explained the most optimal setup given the layout of my house and also gave me the best quote.

From the start, the process was seamless: the quote was detailed, transparent, and they took care of all the necessary permits and rebate paperwork. They completed the full run from my electrical panel in under four hours, with the wiring perfectly concealed and code-compliant. From start to finish the whole experience was hassle free.
I had the pleasure of Jon and Alex installing my new home EV charger last week.
I spoke to Jon a few times before install and everything was completely stress free, and fully explained from photographs and drawings being supplied to the point of connecting the charger to a vehicle.
I had a few questions I wanted clarifying before the charger was installed and Jon was able to answer all of the questions I had and advise on the best solution for my charging needs.
On the day of the install the team arrived bang on time (what a refreshing change from waiting in all day for other companies) Jon and Alex got straight to work and did a very neat job of routing the cable and mounting the charging point.
They also did a great job of tidying up after the work was finished, they even hoovered up brick dust along the external walls, as well as internal walls.
Once the installation was complete Alex and Jon spent time to go through everything I needed to know from pairing the app to the charger, explaining scheduled charging and what I need to be aware of in the event of power cuts/surges etc.
Overall I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Jon and Alex at EV Charging Systems and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs an EV charger installed.
I will be looking at solar panels and batteries at some point, and will definitely be using this company when ready to go.
