Horrible service
Horrible service. Calls themselves the fastest internet provider or whatever but can’t even pick up the phone to speak to their customers.. waiting for hours, on calls, live chat and social media but didn’t get a single response. Literally trying to fix an issue with them and they just cut off my wifi at home. Now they won’t even pick up, they’re clearly all about the money and have forgot about the most important thing which is customer service. The agents are terrible as well.

terrible service I have ever seen!!!! I would like to switch my postpaid plan to prepaid, after visiting one of their branch they referred me to call center. I tried to connect them, I was behind line for almost 2 hours but unfortunately no one pickup my phone!
The most messed up service
The most messed up, terrible, bad and worst service ever. I would rate it less less than a one star if I could. I paid 200 Durham I thought I would get a better service it shows 5G but you cannot ever search something in google watching video, making any call over the internet would be a big achievement. I called the customer service multiple times no one was able to resolve the issue. Who ever owns this service please don’t rob people and fix it provide the service have been paid for. I don’t don’t donot recommend this service or aim card to any visitor specially comming from USA you are going to regret it big time.
Disappointing services
Terrible service! I have called at least 15 times in only one day, yet not received any update. They keep postponing and overpromising. I am very disappointed. It's been 5 days without an internet connection and not one person has come to fix this problem. I tried calling customer service but no one picks up the call. I waited for 30 mins on hold and after which my call was cut.

Terrible service (Etisalat UAE), they don't even offer basic service that works (making calls).
All my calls are constantly dropped after 10seconds. I have spoken to one agent who apparently fixed a 'technical glitch'. Yes, technical glitch to make a call! I spoke to another one who said nothing is wrong.
The issue has been happening for over a week. I have requested to speak to manager but nothing happened.
They are a joke. One big scam company.

Terrible service also lied about what service that we were getting and they said that our service was gonna end within a month but it ended within 7 days. They didn’t wanna do anything about it so they said either pay for another service or we can do anything. Poor customer service, the guy was arguing with us and the manager was standing there as if nothing was happening.

Before this review, It was best in services. But now when I faced issue in multi sim, I found they are trying to hiding facts from customers. Multi sim outgoing is being blocked since 20 days, I called them many times, and customer service ensured me that it will be fixed by today 6PM.
Noting is going to be fixed. They are hiding information. Now its time to exit from post paid service, and just use sim for receiving calls.

Then i went to customer care pyhisical store , i asked to maintaince , they said it only done via phone. Customer service is the worst. Charge fees are ridiculous and won't get to understand how you got certain fees since you can't reach customer service. Headache!
Struggles with this company are endless. And don't expect at all to receive any help with your equiries. Getting in touch with their customer help line is a nightmare. The only time you will ever get in contact with them is if they want you to upgrade or just have something to sell. My internet got disconnected for a whole month and I couldn't reach customer service due to my language setting by default being in Arabi. I received a call from their sales consultant and informed him of how ironic that it's so easy for them to get in touch with us and not the other way round. He said he is calling from a different department and not the service centre and continued with his proposal. I mean!

This (Etisalat UAE) is the most backward telecoms company in the world. They are a Monopoly. Its disgusting that even in 2021 they dont allow Whatsapp or Skype voice calling. They just want to mint money out of the poor expat labor who have to call their loved ones. Every other telecom company in the world even in poorer countries don't block voice services.

Most of the time network is not there, internet is also very slow and most of time poor network, I suggest please do not do the mistake i did. Please don’t waste money on the…
Please don’t waste money on the internet and TV packages. The internet comes with a generic router that delivers 1/10th off the speed promised. As for the TV package, it is incredible that the system they provide is 20 years behind many other countries. The user interface is slow and limited in use, overall the package is hugely over priced, find an internet provider at a cost you can accept then stream any TV you might need.
Worst cellular provider I’ve ever used
Bought sim card with data plan in Egypt because of good price offer and previous positive experience. But it quickly turns out that nowadays that provider can’t provide needed service anymore - on second day the internet almost doesn’t work (any resource except google search), and it’s not a plan issue (still have ~15GB). Also it seems like Etisalat blocks speedtest on purpose (wasn’t able to run it at all) and maybe trying to mitm https data (constantly running with ssl problems back then when it worked)
