I wish if I had an option to keep minus zero star. Terrible, horrible,disgusting and purely money minded people. They do not want to fulfil the needs of the customer but will force you to buy the expensive plan that they have. The call centre,forget not to mention,some robotic people who keeps reading a book written with promotional offers instead of adressing to your issues. And in between if the call drops, no one bother to call u back. The only thing I am dissapointed with my life in UAE is the wifi connection here. I regret for taking the 2 year contract with Etisalat and will never even in my sleep would recommend this to anyone !!

Do to poor customer service from ethisalt i get penalty 4,500 dhs from du telecommunication.
Sharjah abu shagara Nesto Ethisalat staff cheated me without saying clear information .
I already inform him I’m postpaid customer I have device from Du and Ethisalat staff say no issues you can port without any problem so I believe that. then he port My du sim to Ethisalat .
But Now i check with du customer service and they say I have penalty 4500 dhs .
Return my sim to Du ..

This is by far the WORST ISP I ever dealt with. Customer service is run by a stupid robot that just doesn't help with anything, and if by some miracle some human respond they will tell you someone will come to your home and check on the problem. No one shows up the first time you have to keep calling over and over. Package prices are outrageous for what little they offer. And with all that money you spent you get VoIP bans on top of it. Can't talk with anyone overseas. This is just stupid and I hate it.

Very bad experience with Etisalat, first they said the installation charge is free of cost and later they billed the same. Any now they temporarily disconnected my account due to non payment. The etisalat guy itself told us and communicated the same as not required in our area.

Etisalat is the worst company on the face of earth, a bunch of useless and incometent prats that have no idea what customer service is. A greedy and terrible money making machine that cares ZERO for its customers. It is the most repulsive and the worst company I have had the total displeasure of dealing with. The sad fact is they have a huge monopoly. Shame on you etisalat; when will you learn to be 1. Competent 2. user-friendly 3. less greedy????

Poor service and connection
We have patiently and kindly taken Etisalat’s service for our establishment and on the day of connection they arrived 4 hours after they agreed to come and left us without internet for 2 hours during working hours! The internet is slow and there are no outbound calls !!! We have requested for help and no resolution leaving our company in an uncomfortable situation because we cannot call our customers!!!!!!! We demand a solution!!!

I would give them a zero if I could, but this is the best I can do. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. We have used this service for every possible means of online connection/entertainment, our wifi, television, phone, and yet all they do is increase prices for promises of a, "wider range of accessibility," but give us the complete opposite and start taking our options away. We had HUNDREDS of channels on E-Life and they gradually started charging us for more, and taking those channels away. Today they took away the 3rd channel from which we mainly watch so now we're stuck with 2. We have tried contacting and reporting this problem to get it fixed but all they've done for us is provided us with horrendous customer service. They will literally tell you that you need to call a specific number, then that number will redirect you to some survey or application form for a complaint. Well I sure do hope they can read cause these reviews sure do say a lot about what complaints people have with this wannabe service provider. Stop making expensive ads and telling lies and start investing money on decent service at least. Get a Netflix account everybody, or subscribe to OSN and get off this stinking sunken ship.
