The services are very poor. I paid for a monthly subscription on smiles app and i had no services provided on the app for the last two months. I had to remove the card to prevent other charges. I contacted the customer service and it was absolutely appalling.

i have a 30 to 50 gb ethernet cable and all i get is 30 to 50 mb yes thats divided to 10 and i have a killer ethernet controller and i have gaming mode on and i always get disconnected from game servers IT SUCKS

Etisalat services are getting backwards unfortunately. Every time Etisalat services visit our building in corniche road abu dhabi we face internet issues and calling your team they ask for service charges. This is not acceptable.

Don't want to give even a star. Very very worst customer service I have ever seen in any country. Not able to deactivate my wasel plan. They asked to do in my etisalat app(there is no option), called 101 (automatic voice only receiving not understanding from my side) and walkin (too much worse). Very very horrible.

I have been a customer for more than 5 years now and can tell this has to be the worst telecom operator on the face of this planet, I subscribed to a local call bundle once which it said was valid for 24 hours, it gave me 30 minutes for 4 aed, and no where it said it will auto renew the next day, they kept auto renewing without sending me a notification about it and my balance went down really quickly. The unsubscribing part is unnecessarily hard and inconvenient, I had to go to their website to figure it out as the new virtual assistant refuses to help properly and it does not even let you talk to real person. This easily was the worst experience I ever had with a telecom service provider.
