This is the worst company I have ever met in Dubai.

the employees are not able to read or answer English language e-mails and ask for far too much and also demonstrably too much money accordingly they cheat and deceive their customers as well as they do not adhere to contractually agreed conditions

Never again

Before signing the contract for any Etisalat services think twice. Signed up for home wi-fi special offer for AED 199 per month (instead 299), after 10 days of usage decided to cancel. Cancelation charge is 299 standard monthly fee + 299 cancelation fee + cost of router 350 AED. 950 AED to exit this beautiful deal after 10 days of usage. Never again!

One of the worst service I have ever seen before. Don’t buy their services anyone
They cheat me on new router connection

I have got new router connection they left router and all the things in the room did not activate yet but bill is charged from the first day

Not all the people are well educated

Not all the people are well educated, self service is good but assisting staffs are not good in burjuman metro branch, you guys are trying to live in future, but we are still in present not all the people can use your self service app, plz put some desk for the people assisting that will make your service good thank you

Etisalat has billed me for subscription…

Etisalat has billed me for subscription that I haven’t opt for? The best answer when I complain to them is “Sir, we do not have the details it seems it’s happening through your play store”.

How can a third party bill another vendor through my account?? Ridiculous isn’t it.. I pay Etisalat for calling and internet services and they are adding these subscriptions without any notifications and charging you as a scam.

Please be aware and check for such charges regularly by simply dialing *101# and sometimes you might not even get any details of subscriptions but your billing will have it

Not acceptable Etisalat - Change your policies as it is damaging your reputation.

I just want to cancel or cut my account…

I just want to cancel or cut my account so that no bill will coming for the month of july but they can't help...

I called the customer service about my elife that i want to be cancel. I still have a bill for 2 months ( may & june) that to settle, i called to cut my line because they said you need to cut your line before the next month coming so that no bill will come for next month.... which they can't cut because i still have pending bill...but it's not be good because i'm requesting to cut so that it will not add another bill for the bill which i didn't paid yet...... not helpful for the people if things like this

Always problems with internet connection or access, unbelievably overpriced, useless and unfortunately only one provider for all UAE, so they don't care about quality of services they provide. Highly not recommended

Very worst service ever but we don't have any choice as only this company can provide elife services other than du...
They installed our elife connection in month of December 2021 thru online application and we chosed 389+vat but we read it properly until terms and conditions because as far as I know Etisalat has hidden charges.
I clearly advised my husband to read it properly and we even had a screen shot of it that it's not mentioned that it was just a promotion and will be increase after 3 months.
From the store, the staff advised us to pay the bill now and request for downgrade that is from the month of May 2022.
June 1 2022 we filed a complaint as an advice of the staff and explained everything but when we received our billing it cost us 1825 aed😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 As an expat and lost my job last year this is tragic... We only want wifi because we have daughter who has exam and need internet to connect we don't have any plan to watch any sport's or etc..
From June 1 until June 13 nobody approached us from Etisalat where they kept on promising that they will do my best to help you, that is the final resolutions... Etc.
We didn't get any calls from them we are the one who kept on calling them for the whole 2 weeks... I never even get proper answer from them which is they only have 1 answer which is "that is the final resolution"very bad customer service, bad advised from staff in store...
They should have proper training!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They kept on insisting us even that the agent installed our connections informed us even he did not,!!!!!!!!!!...
They said that our router has recoding and told them to checked it but they said that it was confidential...
How come it was confidential if we are the owner of the net!!!! It is our right to know!!! We told them that if they have a proof then we will pay full but they keep on hiding and nothing to explained but just "THAT IS THE FINAL RESOLUTION" which is I think it was only recorded and that answer already Memorize by cs..
Well, we are just an expat but they should not play with customer...,!!!!!!!!

Etisalat - a national disgrace

I know of no organization in or out of the UAE that treats its individual and commercial customers with such contempt. From barely trained sales teams, to call centres that barely work and are staffed by people with zero authority (if you can get through to them), to a business portal designed to hide the ability make a complaint, and to a business call centre 8005800 which actively seeks to stop you getting through to an operative, and forces you to deal with a virtual assistant that is comically useless, Etisalat is a national disgrace

I have spoke with one of the worst call…

I have spoke with one of the worst call center agent of Etisalat, Ajmal. Not only he does not know what he is doing, he does not also know how to address customer properly. I have repeatedly informed him that he’s talking to a guy but he was addressing me as “ma’am” during our entire conversation. I have asked for a supervisor multiple times, but ignoring it instead. Etisalat, should provide further trainings to their staff especially to Ajmal interms or product and dealing with customers.

Their automated agent sends you in circles. I visited the branch to speak to a human and they just direct you to 101. Back to the phones and countless attempts going in circles again, spoke to a human and they directed me to the online chat agent, tried that and again couldn't navigate a successful path through the chat bot..given up and reside to them taking my money for nothing which is possibly what the system is set up to do. Zero customer focus..shop elsewhere

Worst Service Provider

I would recommend any New Customers to look for alternatives than Etisalat as they do not value their customers. They are simply money minded and do not try to understand the concern of the customer. I have been asked to pay the rest of my contract amount when it's not my fault that Etisalat does not provide High Speed Internet at my location instead they are forcing me to take a 12 MBPS plan else they are asking me to pay the rest of the contract amount and also for the devices which was given for free when I had availed their services. How is it my fault that Etisalat has no service provision in my location and I am being penalised for their problem. Please do not avail their services as their Customer Service is even worse.
They are asking my Hard Earned money to be paid to them for FREE, but they are not trying to understand that it's not my mistake and that I also have a family to take care of, but instead have my money for their mistake.
How convenient 🙄.

Please do not avail their services.

I had several issue during my shifting…

I had several issue during my shifting but for 1 things o would like to thanks Ms Lamia Naseer… despite having so much issue she has always been nice from checking each details fixing the technician and giving a courtesy call to follow up. She has been very helpful and professional. She was able to talk and to solve the issue. Even having words with manager on team was not really helpful as her. Indeed she is a great value for this company and I would recommend to speak to inorder to have better communication and customer support. Thank you so much 😊

Giving 1 star is also very difficult. It’s one of the worst telecom providers in the world but 5 stars ratings and all u can buy anything.. very very horrible experience with Etisalat and hv to move all my 5 numbers to virgin
