I installed Etisalat ultra Elife connection and tried to set up the Amazon prime . Strangely it shows active and it's not working at all. I tried the virtual assistant option and it's impossible to get through to customer service person directly. Worst telecom company , sucking people's money and not offering any assistance at all.

Poor customer service; they are all useless.
I went to the store to purchase a SIM card; they have a machine to buy the SIM card; I paid for it, and the machine stopped working, and I had to pay again. They told me they would refund me my money in 24 hours; now it’s been ten days they haven’t refunded my money yet; they asked me to provide the bank statement, which I did, but I still haven’t received my money, they are thieves. Not recommended at all.

Ordered a device and given delivery…
Ordered a device and given delivery date as 16/09/2022. Waited the whole day and time for the same. Once I called customer care, trying justify with unethical reasons of delivery after two days. If it was a war in between we can understand but in a country everything is digital and government at its best seeing to consumer rights. Bad customer rating is making to do.

With Etisalat, every time you want to delete your account, or downgrade, they take days, to solve a simple case. And then, if you are not there once when they call you, after your (5 days cancellation rights), they will close your file, and you will have to Start all over again.
And again it will take hours!

Even a single star is not deserved. The Etisalat center in Mankhool is a complete chaos, no one attends to customers until one loses patience completely and starts to complain. This is the worst customer service I have had to endure in Dubai. Self service is okay to an extent but this is total disregard for customer and their time.

Only one person to serve business line customers. no online process to share updated documents. For each customer they take around half an hour.
This is my third visit as sometime their system isn’t working, sometime their is waiting for more than an hour.
Waiting here for more than half an hour, and still they need 20-30 mins to just deal with one client.
Very poor service, don’t value client’s time.
Don’t care about their customers
On their website, Etisalat state that they are respectful and give accurate information. This couldn’t be further from the truth. When moving house and leaving the country for two months, they told me I couldn’t cancel my contract and set it up again when back. This was completely untrue as I had a contract which allowed me to cancel at any time without penalty. They are now looking for the two months payment when I haven’t even been there, before allowing me to cancellation my account with them. They don’t care, or take any responsibility for their customers. They just want money.
