I was waiting for 30min to get in, however I was prompted for a call back. So I press 1 for a call back, however I did not receive any missed call or a call. Suddenly a message pop-up that someone from etisalat is trying to contact me in response to my call back request "this is unbelievable it was not even in my missed call register". Upto this moment I'm still on the que waiting to get in it's been 20min now OMG.

my wifi stopped working because the company was doing something. I have a portable wifi from etisalat that i take when i travel so i went to etisalat to charge it and the sim was missing so i bought a new one. Charging it and buying a new sim took way too long more than it should have. I spent hours of time i couldnt waste. I told them to work it but they didnt because they said it needed charge so i went home and put it in the charger. it was fully charged but it was still not turning on. I called customer support for them to check the card and the man said that they gave us a non working card. I needed the wifi today as an emergency. My daughter has tests i have work and deals i need to do and simply cannot wait till tomorrow which is when the wifi is coming back. this company is a scam we spent money for no reason to give us something non working. The service is trash it took hours and still gave us a wrong card. Dont buy from this company big scam.

Absolutely horrendous. Don’t go anywhere near Etisalat
Absolutely horrendous service standards. They tried to cheat me of an inflated cancellation charge when I called for a disconnection and when I asked them to walk me through the break up, they revised the charges, reduced by 30%. They asked me to pay the amount immediately but weren’t willing to give or direct me to any invoice and proof of all these charges being levied.
All this after their sales team and technicians assure you multiple times of hassle free, no penalty cancellations etc. absolute cheat of a company and it’s sad that such a company is the flagship telecom company of a growing global power like the UAE.
Would never recommend this to anyone at all.

After one year of every upgrade they slow down the Internet speed and then ask again for a better upgrade, it seems their regular ploy, when you complain they will try fakery to resolve your issue and then they tell its not going to.work and someone will come to check for which you'll be charged! I have very bad experience with Etisalat, they made wrong commitment to me , I was using the same code for activation for my monthly subscription, now I made recharge and tried to get daily subscription for a month but they provide me only on weekends in that same money, really bad experience, I wasted my money
Disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.
One of the worst customer experiences I've ever witnessed involved disregard for the customer's needs and circumstances. Consider that I called them approximately 12 times throughout the day, and with each call, I discovered that some of their agents were giving me incorrect information, repeating the same words, refusing to let me speak to a manager, as well as their complaint team, which never helped with anything and never committed to a follow-up with me to keep me posted or to help me with my issue. They are truly useless, and this was all about expecting a voucher code from redeeming my Etisalat points. I truly hate this company.

Etisalat seems to become a major issue; seems like their staffing is scammers. I ordered a new iPhone and delivered 24hrs as per their app/website. 3 days of phone calls and back and forth of '' I send an email '' I put in your request'' etc. still no phone, I am charged but the phone I did not get the. Nor a call back; numerous 30-minute '' hold on your line next available agent will assist you'', and no reply from management, no reply on emails. so a scam

Imagine you have no WiFi at home and minimal data on phone and you are calling for technical support and they advise you to install the app and watch YouTube video. I DO NOT HAVE INTERNET. And the virtual assistance is terrible, I call 800101 , they say wait for assistance then immediately they say call 8005800 and after doing this they request to call 800101 again its like ping-pong. This is terrible I wish to no longer deal with them.
