This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service! I was clear about what I wanted and an appointment was made for a video call which I found very unusual. However, that is the way they said they worked. 4 days later after many confirmation texts and 15 minutes before my appointment I received a text telling me that they don't do the kind of fencing that I needed and to have a nice day. This entire process was unprofessional from the beginning. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company.

My initial phone consult was excellent. Kerecia took her time and went over some options for my home fencing project. I am anxious to get my project started!

I would like to revise my previous review. Fernando worked very hard to correct the issues I had with the initial installation. He recently sent a second crew to correct and fix all of my concerns. The crew he sent did a fantastic job . The only reason I didn't give them a five was it was a bit of a battle to get them to the job right.
