Frank made the quote process very easy via video call that interfaced with Google Earth and my property fenceline. He had me walk the fence line with my phone camera reversed so he could evaluate the fence and landscape features. I can now take this quote info to my neighbors that I share my fence with and discuss sharing the cost. Thank you, Frank.

Beware of ergeon. I have been trying to get ergeon to come back and finish putting up my fence correctly now for months and all they do is give me the run around and lies. If you want a substandard job and a company that will not stand behind their work hire ergeon BEWARE OF ERGEON!!!

Ergeon has a very organized and efficient process. Excellent customer service. The installers were hard-working and dedicated to finish my fence installation in a timely manner. They worked hard and made sure I was happy with the finished project. I also found Ergeon’s fence installation price reasonable as this was a big job. I highly recommend Ergeon.

I am updating my prior review. After much discussion and negotiation they have now repaired the problems with my fence. The new crew confirmed to the company that the quality of the workmanship and materials l was extremely poor. The new crew was prompt, communicated well and got the job done. It was quite a journey to get there but the end result is good. If they would have been there at the start of the project it would have been a one day project.

I've been waiting for three days to hear from their "PROJECT MANAGER", but he seems to have gotten lost! I was supposed to have a home visit, but he (SHE) never showed.

I got my fence done in the beginning of this year. Customer service ok but the worker did a croppy job , since I left for work at the middle of the day at night when I came back home my wife told me better go and check that shit not even match the other side of the old fence,don't do business with that company I don't recommend them they not even answer the phone any more it sucks!

First, the date I used is approximate. I had my backyard fenced in. I give Ergeon 3 stars. It is my opinion that communicating with Ergeon about was too much of a challenge for me. Seemed very slow to answer texts return phone calls. My opinion they did not perform a satisfactorily clean up after the fence was installed. Large dirt clods, red clay on top of mulch, small flags to identify where fence was to installed were left laying on ground, and debris left, One fence post was replaced - had holes drilled in wrong place. I asked more than once for a supervisor or manager to come and view the issues. That did not happen. Ergeon did send me a "box of food" that I did not ask for. Overall, I have not been satisfied with their communications and the absence of a decent cleanup.

Terrible customer service. Substandard workmanship. Three neighbors with common fence requested separate invoices. Not honored or provided. The fence is not straight as it needed to be. It zigzags. We asked Ergeon to repair it. They sent a “supervisor ” to assess the work. He said it was straight. I asked him to utilize a laser for accuracy. He did not have one. I asked him to use a string line and he claimed he did not possess one. We provided one for him to check for accuracy. He checked it. He admitted it was not straight. We could all see it with our very eyes, the string line could not lie. They requested more money to fix their substandard work. Now they claim the fence was completed per the contract and insist on more money to fix their problem. They want to make it ours. We shall see what the next steps will be. Find a more honorable company.

My fence installation was on 4/17/25. The installers were unable to complete the job because according to them, the suppliers did not send enough panels to complete my aluminum fence project. I actually think this was not the case because the installers put up the first side of my fence and I informed them they put in a single gate, but the plans were for a double gate. I think this caused them to have to use extra panels in order to fix the mistake. Bottom line was they were unable to finish. I asked my PM via text message on 4/18 when they would be returning to finish the job. He said he was trying to get in touch with the supplier to get additional panels delivered. After not hearing anything on Monday 4/21, I asked for an update by text and got no reply. I asked again on Tuesday 4/22 and finally got a reply that afternoon saying new panels would be delivered on 4/28 and installers would be here on 4/30 to finish. While I wasn't happy having to wait another week, especially for a mistake they were claiming was made by the supplier but I agreed. I then got a confusing text on 4/24 saying that the final walk-through was complete, which I questioned because the fence was not done yet. I found out at this point that there was a new project manager assigned. On Monday 4/28, I get a text from my new project manager that the delivery was pushed to the following Monday 5/5. I took issue with this because I don't understand why it needs to take an additional week and again why the supplier isn't making accomodations to fix their mistake. I tried calling customer service and all they did was put me in touch with my project manager. He said he was working with the supplier to get it sooner and would let me know something by end of day. He never called or texted me back. I sent a text on Tuesday asking for the overdue update and got no reply, so I again called customer service and asked to speak with someone other than the PM that could help. I was told someone would call me back, but no one did. I sent more text messages on Wednesday 4/30 and my PM finally responded. He basically said there was nothing he could do but said he would be tracking delivery to ensure it gets here on 5/5 and provide updates if something went wrong. So now it's 4:10pm on Monday 5/5. Nothing has been delivered. My text messages to my PM have gone unanswered. I got a message on Facebook that "managers were look into it" but like with everything else, nothing has happened.

The team at Ergeon was professional and efficient! Our initial representative Miguel helped us with the quote (the best one around) and was helpful in getting us started. Sam our project manager was on top of all the coordination pieces which was a blessing! And our installer Ernesto gladly worked around the lemon trees we didn’t want to lose as well as cleared an entire section of overgrown foliage we couldn’t get too. Thanks Ergeon team!

Ergeon staff did a fabulous job on our new fencing. It was a very easy process from start to finish. We appreciated all the time Sam and Ale spent with us going over the designs and options. It was also the lowest quote we received.

I would highly recommend Ergeon. They were on time. Pleasant project manager ( Lily) assisted us through the whole process. The work team was here by 8:15 to remove and replace our back fence. By 8:45 the old fence was removed and hauled away. By lunch time they had the post holes dug and cemented in. After lunch they built the frame and attached it to the support posts. Then finally the pickets were added to complete the job. They cleaned up the yard and were done by 3:30. Great work. Professional and friendly, Highly recommend them for fencing service! Steve G

Took 3 days when I was told it would take one. The posts were all put in the wrong place. They buried all my sprinkler heads, 3 of which broke underground because of where they put the cement. I reached out to the project manager and was told this is my fault! Not only do I have to pay to repair, move and replace several sprinkler heads, I got hit with a $400 water bill! I will never recommend this company to anyone!

I requested a quote through Thumbtack and Ergeon responded right yeah. They gave me many different quotes because I wanted to see about a couple different areas being done. We decided to get the back fence done, (72 ft) and the left side gate redone as well as the rigjt side 4ft section. They had spectacular service from beginning to end. Afterwards, I was worried about a couple nails that were a bit out of place, they could maybe snag someone's clothes, and they came and fixed them. Overall 10/10, my neighbors LOVE the fence they did and they did the tear-down ans rebuild in about 7 hours!
