I cannot recommend this fencing company. Their communication and reliability are beyond unacceptable.

We were promised someone would arrive between 2–4 PM. No one showed up. No one called. By 5:23 PM, we still had heard nothing. When we reached out, we were told the contractor's phone "must've died." That is not our problem, and it is not an acceptable excuse.

This was not an isolated incident. We had reached out multiple times since the previous week and were repeatedly failed. Andrés, who was supposed to be our point of contact, promised to do a better job communicating—and then didn't. We gave this company several opportunities to make things right, and every single one was wasted.

We ultimately cancelled the project and requested a full refund. We were told we might incur cancellation fees, which is absurd given that the company never delivered the service due to its own repeated failures.

If a company can't handle basic communication and can't show up when promised, I have zero confidence in the quality of work that would follow. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Very informative, easy simple process

I just had a video estimate with Pablo from Loews. It was such a pleasure speaking with him and working with him to get my perfect fence and gate put in. Pablo was kind considerate, patient , so helpful and professional. I was very lucky to get Pablo today, he deserves a big raise !!

This company was very helpful from beginning to end. I also needed help with providing information to my HOA before we started the project and my project manager was very helpful throughout the process.

We haven’t even had our fence installed yet, but it has been a trip with this company. The lack of communication is abysmal and some of the worst I have ever seen. We have waited several months with no contact until they reached out a couple of days before to schedule the install. The crew to install my fence arrived to do it, and then they told me that they do not have the correct machine to cut my concrete to replace the old gate. They said their manager did not tell them this. Then, they said they would be back tomorrow morning at 8am. Not a surprise here, but they did not show up. I called the “project manager”, the customer service number, nothing. I am beyond frustrated with this process and will report them to Better Business Bureau if I do not get a response, or my refund, back.

Horrible company. They didn’t do what we talked about. They wanted us to pay more for it.
Their material quality is really bad.
Don’t use them!

Overall I had a great experience working with Paula

The estimate process was excellent. We did it virtually. Everything was measured perfectly. The guy was on time when he came to do the work they scheduled it quickly. The fence was put in and the cleanup was immaculate. Highly recommend guys were polite and friendly. The company was quickly to answer any of my questions.
