The person who dealt with my enquiry was very understanding, helpful, and kind, and arranged for myself and my children to meet the artist and have photographs taken for a memory diary for my children as I have Vascular Dementia and they will with these photos be able to remember all the things we did together.

Having bought tickets for an event I discovered I hadn’t received confirmation in any emails. I contacted Megan at Entertainers and my issue was resolved very quickly. A quick response and all issues resolved.

Fantastic customer service! I accidentally purchased tickets for New Brighton ( Liverpool). Thinking it was Brighton Sussex 🤦♀️
I called thinking they wouldn’t be helpful - but was pleasantly surprised to a, speak to a human and b, and extremely pleasant one named Kerrie. She was so understanding and helpful and transferred my tickets to a venue closer to me.
Extremely grateful for this wonderful service- highly recommend.
