My latest purchases were additional to the ones that I had made two years ago. I had not bought enough paint as the paint is quite thick and the area to cover is reasonably substantial!
My latest purchases were additional to my previous orders . The Emperor Masonry paint is of extremely good quality and does not go green in the wet winters we have in South West Wales.
I prefer to call the main office to speak to Lisa, who is very amiable and good fun to talk to as well and has a good knowledge of the products.
A week later, I ordered the Masonry Crème for my my neighbour’s front porch. Service was fantastic yet again and as usual the products arrived the following day.
The Masonry crème has been applied but as it is transparent and we have had very little rain , it is too early to tell how effective it will be but I used the same product on the village chapel in parts below the windows and the reveals as well as the skirt of the rendered building. Damp has not been much of a problem since. We are 200 metres above sea level and the sea is less than 10 km away in a south westerly direction! We get driving rain in storms.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review and for choosing Emperor Masonry Paint and Masonry Crème again.
It’s wonderful to hear that the Masonry Paint has continued to perform so well for you, especially in the challenging weather conditions of South West Wales and with the driving rain you experience. We’re also delighted that your previous experience with Masonry Crème at the village chapel has given you confidence in using it again.
Lisa will be especially pleased to hear your kind words, we will be sure to pass them on!
Thank you again for your continued custom and for recommending our products to your neighbour. We really appreciate your support and hope both projects continue to perform brilliantly for many years to come.

Great quality product
Great quality product, delivered by a courier service you can still rely upon these days.
Really nice to be able to still speak to a human for advice and to place orders and not all AI robots.
The product is not cheap, but it is good and appears to do what it should, ask me again in a few years, fingers crossed.

Although i bought the paint, i am not actually doing the work myself! However my painter is called Ken, and he says it is very good....'thick and creamy' were his his words! He says it is a nice thick consistency and covers the walls well. Good product. Time will tell on the durability etc.

Sheep love it
Looked around for the right product to apply to 45year old roughcast, decided on Emperor for various reasons, the cost was irrelevant considering all the factors, and comparisons with other brands, After bio-cleaning the roughcast we applied the primer, then paint as per specification with outstanding results. Not only is the product amazing, the staff at Emperor are also amazing, real people with a genuine interest in providing an outstanding service (Lisa & Julie).
