We had a member of staff from emmiera come to our home to repair damage caused to 2 x wardrobes, delivered and damaged. The damage consisted of a number of scuffs to both wood and paintwork as well as a significant chip out of a wooden base. The gentleman was first class. He completely repaired all damage caused and the wardrobes are now both flawless. First class workmanship.

They don’t trust their own technicians reports
My reply to your response below- yes leaving multiple reviews doesn’t change your new outcome after your “qualified technicians” deemed it as faulty due to seeing the table quality in person for a person who is purely sat in the office who has never seen the table to decide it wasn’t faulty. My review is to warn people of your “ethically” wrong company. You are ones who cause your bad reviews. No morals whatsoever.
My second bad review for this company as the furniture trade is completely corrupt it seems.
If you have any faulty furniture that is unfixable then god help you if the company uses these to investigate the issue. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews where they have made quick fixes to some furniture if you have a deeper problem with yours.
Technician that came was polite and reported the furniture as a manufacturing fault as it has completely broke after 4 months and could see the material used was not strong enough.
This report appeared to change as it reached DFS to say it wasn’t a fault. After speaking with DFS and Emmiera group who refused to talk to me originally. They finally admitted the technician had reported it as faulty however a person sat in their office decided to change the report instead. They apparently don’t trust their own technicians findings and are biased to the furniture company I assume because they are paying them.
Another thing to share about this “professional company” when I shared my experience on their Facebook page with one comment, I was blocked by them.
Good luck is all I can say. Months of stress and anxiety caused by DFS and Emmiera group.

Bed repair
Told them it was a electric motor for bed lifting
When the engineer??? Turn up took a look said go and buy new, never offered a to follow up only here a few minutes charge nearly £100 for nothing
The group have now admited they send someone out whether it is in their expertise to do the job or not just to get a fee.

Emmeira was the company recommended by customer service at DFS to repair the electrical components on a sofa. They arranged for a technician that arrived within the timeframe allocated. He was very professional and completed the motor exchange very quickly. I was extremely happy with the outcome. Thanks. SC

The technician was very polite and arrived promptly as agreed, reviewed the situation and set about repairing the conservatory settee, after concluding the job the difference is quite exceptional.

Record your visit for proof of conversation
My advice for if you are interacting with this company is record your visits so you have proof of the whole experience.
Ordered a couch from Argos and due to issue with the couch Technician was called from Emmiera. He came to my house and was unbelievably rude to me, gaslighting me and telling me he thinks the rips in my couch were there the hole time and I just didn't notice?
He said originally it was a design fault and not a fault in the couch but when I said ok so it is a fault he said it wasn't and that he didn't say that. He'd say one thing to refute the other then when I followed that line he'd say no not what he meant.
I was trying to argue back to his claims and he was laughing at me. Said one thing to back me into a corner then when I asked for clarification he would change what he said. Wouldn't let me see what he wrote and then wanted me to sign a sheet to say I confirmed? Confirmed what?
They must get commission for reporting no faults for these furniture companies because I've never been argued with by someone as a customer so much in my life. All I'll say is make sure you stand strong and be ready to have to defend yourself tooth and nail because they are not here to help you, they're here so they can get a payout from big furniture companies for refusing repairs.

Avoid this company.
When you get a visit and are told that your outdoor furniture, costing 2.5k should be kept undercover when not in use and indoors for most of the year you realise that the technicians are instructed to find in favour of the shop and not the customer. Dont use this company. Find your own independent assessor…there is a reason the shops recommend them…doesn’t take a genius to work it out!

Andy came to me on 14 April and…
Andy came to me on 14 April and presented a lovely person but further lead me down the garden path by telling me my furniture was indeed faulty, the footstool did not match the sofa, was too tall for comfort, even made his hips hurt etc and on Sunday (19th) I get an email from Novuna (finance company) saying Andy's report states NEGATIVE/NO FAULTS. LIARS, all of you! CLEARLY paid by the opposition to cover for them!
