LE MACINE 6 - 2 Wochen Urlaub wie ein Traum
Entspannter Urlaub in einer Traumvilla in der südlichen Toskana. Die Location der Unterkunft sehr imposant mit dem schönsten Ausblick, den man sich erträumen kann.
Die Gastgeber super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Keine Nachbarn, kein Lärm. Schöner Swimmingpool und ein BBQ-Stand. Einkaufen - 10 min Autofahrt, Restaurant - 15 min Autofahrt, Banfi Weingut - 30 min Autofahrt.

Villa Il Nocciolo, Cecina / Toscana
Ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus mit großem Garten und tollen Pool. Die Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes, schönes Bad. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine vor Ort und einen gemütlichen Grillplatz im Garten. Für Essen im draußen steht ein großer Tisch zur Verfügung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das W-Lan funktioniert im Haus sehr gut - draußen gibt es Verbindungsprobleme. Die Villa ist mit einer Alarmanlage gesichert :-). Perfekt wäre noch eine Tischtennisplatte gewesen. Die Küche war großzügig ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben im September für 2 Wochen die…
Wir haben im September für 2 Wochen die Villa Catarina bei San Gimignano gemietet. Die Villa liegt sehr schön und der Garten ist toll. Aber das war es auch schon. Das Haus soll für 6 Personen ausreichen. Weit gefehlt. Die Küche ist extrem klein . ein Geschirrspüler der nur für 2 Personen ausreicht. Die Bäder sehr klein und mit verschimmelten Duschvorhängen. Hinzu kommt, dass wir in der ersten Nach überfallen wurden, da das Haus nicht einbruchsicher ist. In den Schränken waren noch Kleidung des Besitzers und daher nur teilweise nutzbar. Für über 5.000 Euro erwarten wir etwas anderes. Hinzu kommt, dass Emma Villas keine Support bei einem Überfall bietet. Man muß sich um alles kümmern. Und vor Ort geibt es trotz vollmundiger Zusagen keine englischsprechende Schlüssel und Hausübergabe . Nie mehr Emma Villas.

We know that unfortunately, the night following your arrival, there was a theft in the house but, once we found out about what happened, Elisa (our concierge team) offered her maximum support to you by giving telephone availability for the report to the authorities but you did not want our support. Then, we have been in coordination with the owner and Mr Mauro, the caretaker of the property, for the restoration of the damaged window. After this we did not hear nothing from you until some days later, when you said that there had been no sign of reaction on our part and asked who would reimburse the damage suffered. Laura, other concierge assistant, prompty replied to you, sorry and surprised about your comment about our assistance, by writing that we were unaware that other windows were also unsecured and that we would have spoken to Mr. Mauro asking to do what was necessary for the other windows. The house, as you knew at the time of booking, is not equipped with an alarm system and before your stay we had never heard of any break-ins there (the villa is in our catalog for many years now). About other reports we thank you and we will do everything possible to solve and improve our service. However, regarding to all the other grievances of the feedback, nothing was ever reported by your group during your 2 week stay. We have could intervened and give our support. AMANDULA
Wir waren in der Toskana/Castel del Piano im Haus Amandula. Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Liebe im Detail. Alles sauber sowohl innen als auch außen. Jeden zweiten Tag kam der Gärtner, hat gegossen und den Pool gereinigt. Nur ein paar Haken in den Bädern und wenigstens ein großer Spiegel hat uns gefehlt. Geschirr/Besteck/Gläser waren ausreichen vorhanden. Leider hat das Wlan nicht gut funktioniert. Im Haus ging es noch, außen war es schon sehr schwach und am Pool hats leider gar nicht funktioniert.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich an einem Meeting Point begrüßt (nochmal vielen Dank an Dario) und sind dann ans Haus gefahren. Vor Ort wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Alles sehr freundlich und unkompliziert; genauso der Check out.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Torre Ginestre 12
Wir haben Ende Mai 2021 eine Woche im Anwesen „Torre Ginestre 12“ nahe Arezzo verbracht. Die Anlage ist äußerst großzügig angelegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und 2 Babies und hatten ausreichend Platz – eine gute Voraussetzung für einen gelingenden Großfamilienurlaub. Es gibt z.B. 3 große Tische mit je 12 Stühlen und genügend Geschirr für alle. Die Küche im Haupthaus ist bestens ausgestattet. Das Schwimmbad mit Sprungbrett ist sehr schön, begehrt war zu dieser Jahreszeit auch der Whirl-Pool. Baumhaus, Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kleineren und Tischtennistisch für die Großen wurden gerne beansprucht.
Wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, liegt dieses Anwesen ideal inmitten von Wäldern über Arezzo. Vor allem lobend zu erwähnen ist die Besitzerfamilie, die in der Nähe, aber nicht im Areal wohnt. Sie ist zurückhaltend, aber sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht!
Zu mieten ist dieses Objekt über EMMA-Villas.
Wir haben das Anwesen im Jänner 2021 gemietet und die Anzahlung entrichtet. In der Zeit der Covid-Unsicherheit waren EMMA-Villas nicht sehr kooperativ. Wir mussten stornieren, für die geleistete Anzahlung wurde uns ein Gutschein unverbindlich in Aussicht gestellt.
Als eine problemlose Einreise nach Italien gesichert war, haben wir die Anlage wieder gebucht. Daraufhin wurde der Preis um € 150 für Corona-Maßnahmen erhöht, Wir waren die ersten Mieter in diesem Anwesen, Hygienemaßnahmen waren also nicht erforderlich und wurden auch nicht gesetzt.
Trotz Rückfrage wurde uns eine zeitlich frühere Anreise (lt.Bedingungen ist die Anreise ab 16 Uhr möglich) verwehrt, obwohl die Besitzer nichts dagegen gehabt hätten.

we have not received any complaints from you during your stay, and you have not even responded to our courtesy message, which we send to all customers at the beginning of the stay. We are sorry to read your disappointment about the check-in practices. We know that you requested an early check-in and it was not granted, but this happened only for organizational reasons and necessary cleaning times. We think it is normal to allow sufficient time for the cleaning company, in order to clean and sanitize everything, especially in times of covid. The safety of owners and customers is one of our priorities. However, you entered at 16.00, as expected from the check-in time, when we were sure that the cleaning and sanitizations had been carried out as per the protocols. Traumurlaub in der Toskana
Wie haben einen Traumurlaub in einer Villa in der Toscana verbracht.
Die Villa war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Garten ein Traum und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt.
Wir haben auch den concierge service von emma villas in anspruch genommen; zweimal haben wir uns bekochen lassen. Super preis/leistung und einfach eine gute Atmosphäre.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Falls wir was gebraucht haben, haben wir via whatsup kommuniziert.

Die kleine Mühle
Der Service von Emma Villas war jederzeit ausgezeichnet. Was zu verbessern wäre, ist die Anfahrtsbeschreibung zum Haus, da dieses abseits von öffentlichen Straßen liegt.
Das Haus selbst ist schön und ruhig gelegen an einem kleinen Bach.
Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet, doch ist alles vorhanden. Es war sauber und gepflegt.
Schön ist der kleine schattige Innenhof, speziell bei wärmeren Temperaturen. Der Pool wurde fast täglich gesäubert. Das ganze Grundstück macht einen gepflegten Eindruck.
Das Haus ist für ein Paar mit maximal einem Kind geeignet.
Die Zufahrt zum Haus und dem angrenzenden Stellplatz ist ohne geländegängiges Fahrzeug schwierig.
Hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche Personal. Vielen Dank an Frederica und Vater.

Wir hatten traumhafte Ferien
Wir hatten traumhafte Ferien in einem traumhaften Haus welches unsere Erwartungen sogar übertraf. Trotz viel Papierkram (wegen Corona) war Emmavillas bei allen Fragen hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle. Ich hatte 2 Wochen vor der Anreise nochmals Kontakt um zu checken ob wir nun alles haben und uns wurde super geholfen. Vor Ort hatten wir mit Riccardo (dem Hausbesitzer) gleich nochmals riesen Glück, da dieser gefühlt zu jeder Tageszeit für uns erreichbar war und sofort reagierte und half wenn wir etwas brauchten.

Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht , katastrophales Reklamationsmanagement
Wir haben im Juli 2021 2 Häuser für jeweils 1 Woche gebucht. Das zweite Haus, welches deutlich am oberen Ende der Preisskala lag, war nur oberflächlich gereinigt, 1 Schlafzimmer im Souterrain feucht und modrig, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht; dies obwohl bekannt war, dass eine Tochter Allergien hatte. Montags dann trotz Covid 4 Stunden Putzkolonne und Monteure im Haus, 2 Tage lang Gartenschläuche defekt, freitags kompletter Tag ohne Strom ! Krisenmanagement vor Ort ok, Reklamationsmanagement bezüglich Preisreduzierung katastrophal. Ich kann daher dieses Unternehmen nicht empfehlen, beide Häuser entsprachen bei weitem nicht dem dargestellten Standard

Dear Client, we are very sorry to have received this review and that your stay did not live up to your expectations. However, we would like to take this opportunity to clarify some aspects and remind that, after your reports, our technicians promptly intervened to solve the issues encountered. We can imagine that this caused a temporary inconvenience to your stay but after your complaints we could not do otherwise. Regarding the management of your reports:
- We immediately organized further cleaning at the villa;
- The day after your arrival, on 18/07, our technician Andrea immediately intervened in the villa, delivering you a dehumidifier;
- The second day we called a company specialized for air conditioners, and the problem about air conditioning was solved;
- regarding the lack of electricity on Friday, as already widely explained via email, the outage was caused by the electricity company. The EV responsible of the area told us that unfortunately there was no warning sign on the street, otherwise he would have warned you immediately. The problem was unfortunately caused by a temporary lack of electricity which hit at a general level the whole area. Also in this case, we are very sorry if this problem has caused a further trouble, but we are not responsible for third parties (eg electricity company).
Regarding the management of the complaint, in the face of your reports:
- we did not charge you any extra costs for the interventions had;
- we have no longer required to you the payment for electricity costs (despite the fact that the temporary lack was only one day out of a total of 14 days of stay);
- we have already offered you a bonus of € 200.00 to be used on a future booking with us.
We hoped our availability, our efforts and this offer were appreciated by you. We hope to have the possibility to host you again, to be able to let change your mind about our company. All the best. Emma Villas team
Rundum zufrieden
Wir hatten an Pfingsten 2021 das Ferienhaus Casala Rasa im Herzen der Toskana gebucht. Haus und Lage waren wirklich Top; mitten in der wirklichen Toskana. Ausblick könnte nicht besser sein. Auch der Vermieter Emanuele war immer Hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Kann dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Dieser Urlaub hat uns sehr viel Freude bereitet.

Toskana, Ferienhaus "La Logetta"
Wir hatten im September 2020 über Emma Villas das Ferienhaus "La Logetta" bei Cortona gemietet. Die Lage des Hauses entsprach in keiner Weise den Ausführungen im Prospekt. Das Grundstück ist sehr klein und liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse, was nicht aus der Beschreibung hervorging. Da die Schlafzimmer auch direkt zur Strasse gelegen sind, war schlafen bei offenem Fenster unmöglich, selbst Ohropax hat nichts genutzt. Es war einfach viel zu laut. Wer Erholung und vor allem Ruhe im Urlaub sucht, sollte dieses Haus nicht buchen. Außerdem wurden zusätzlich zum Mietpreis noch Gebühren für Elektrizität und Hygienemaßnahmen erhoben, was wir bei Buchung nicht wußten. Besonders sauber war das Haus allerdings nicht. Wegen versteckter Mängel (laute Strasse) wollten wir einen Preisnachlaß. Emma Villas hat bis heute auf unsere Anfrage nicht reagiert. Vielmehr wurde uns mitgeteilt, wir hätten uns vor Buchung auf google earth informieren sollen.

Wir hatten über Emmavillas ein Ferienhaus gebucht und waren sehr enntäuscht, da die Beschreibung nicht den Tatsachen ensprochen hatte. Dies haben wir Emmavillas mitgeteilt. Die Bewertung wurde jedoch einfach ignoriert und der zuvor so sehr bemühte Anbieter hat nie reagiert. Das ist ein wirklich unseriöses Verhalten.

Rundum mehr als zufrieden !
Wir haben Ende August eine traumhafte Villa in den Abruzzen über Emma Villas gebucht - ein Jahr im Voraus. Und von Beginn an war die Kommunikation und der Support perfekt. Antworten Auf unsere Fragen gingen binnen weniger Stunden ein und auch bei der Übergabe und der Abnahme des Hauses war eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Deshalb können und wollen wir Emma Villas nur empfehlen.
