Traumvilla für Urlaub im Süden!
Mega! Ein Urlaubsdomizil, wie es sein soll! Wir waren eine Woche im Nocciolo 12 und es war alles wunderbar. Die Anlage ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Da fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Eigentümer Francesca stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, ihre Herzlichkeit wird uns in Erinnerung bleiben! Die Übergaben waren unkompliziert. Wirklich empfehlenswert.
Mega! Una casa vacanza come te la sogni! Abbiamo soggiornato al Nocciolo 12 per una settimana ed è stato tutto meraviglioso. La struttura è molto ben attrezzata. Non manca davvero nulla. La proprietaria Francesca era disponibile per ogni domanda, siamo stati accolti in modo caloroso! I passaggi di consegne sono stati semplici e strutturati. Struttura davvero consigliato.

Wir waren vollstes zufrieden. Das einzige was uns aufgefallen ist, dass es intern zu den Räumlichleiten ziemlich hellhörig ist. Wir sind als Paar dort gewesen und so hatten wir damit kein Problem.

Ameisen Plage die EmmaVillas nicht interessiert
Als wir am Urlaubsort ankamen fanden wir eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft vor.
ABER am ersten Abend bereits entwickelte sich eine Ameisen Plage in der Küche und der Dependance die seines Gleichen sucht. Zig tausende von Ameisen liefen über die Arbeitsplatten, und Kühlschrank im Haupthaus, sowie im Schlafzimmer und Bad der Dependance. Als wir EmmaVillas mit der Sachlage und den Fotos konfrontierten kam nach mehrfacher Aufforderung die Ortsansässige Mitarbeiterin nebst Eigentümerin der Villa, als sie die tausenden Ameisen sahen waren sie geschockt. das Trio versuchte mit Ameisen Spray der Sache Herr zu werden, ohne Erfolg. Wir haben dann während des gesamten Urlaubs immer wieder "nacharbeiten" müssen, damit das Ausmaß nicht noch mehr Überhand nimmt. die Dependance war 3/4 des Urlaubs unbewohnbar. Wir 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (9-12 Jahre) mussten uns im Haupthaus arrangieren, die Kinder haben auf dem Sofa geschlafen, was nicht erholsam sondern ehr sehr anstrengend war. Nach nunmehr einem Jahr und mehreren Emails kam dann das "großzügige" Angebot von EmmaVillas, ein 200,-€ Gutschein, einzulösen bei EmmaVillas in der NEBENSAISON. Angesichts der Tatsache das das Haus nun wirklich nicht billig und der Urlaub aufgrund dessen nicht erholsam war sind 200€ ein Witz. Da fällt die defekte Klimaanlage für die zwei mal der "Techniker" ohne Erfolg im Haus war und wir jedes mal unsere geplanten Tagestouren verschieben mussten schon bald garnicht mehr ins Gewicht. EmmaVillas interessieren es sichtlich nicht, ob es den Kunden im Urlaub gefällt, es gab keine angemessene Entschuldigung oder den Versuch angemessen die Sache aus dem Weg zu schaffen und die Kuh vom Eis zu holen. Nichts. Fazit... EmmaVillas = 0 Empfehlung NIE WIEDER und nicht zu empfehlen!!! Äußerst unverschämtes und nicht kundenorientiertes Verhalten

As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we promptly intervened with the help of the property manager to address the problem. Unfortunately, the presence of insects in rural areas is something that cannot always be prevented and is not due to any negligence on the part of the owner or Emma Villas. While we understand how distressing this was for you, please know that we did our best to respond quickly and resolve the situation as effectively as possible.
We are truly sorry that we could not reach an agreement, as you did not respond to our last compensation offer.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope you can appreciate our efforts to manage an unforeseen situation beyond our control.

Villa war wirklich top
Villa war wirklich top. Einziges Manko - deswegen die vier Sterne - der Weg direkt zur Villa. Der Weg ist wirklich sehr steil, ein Gelände fähiges Auto würde ich sehr empfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir hatten dank Emma Villas einen traumhaften Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa in Cecina (Toskana).
Der gesamte Prozess, von der Buchung bis zum Check Out war absolut reibungslos und perfekt! Wir haben uns durch Emma Villas rund um betreut gefühlt. Bei sämtlichen Fragen haben wir immer schnell (innerhalb 24 Stunden) eine Antwort erhalten und wurden während des gesamten Buchungsprozesses immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten (Stand der Zahlungen usw.)
Selbst der WhatsApp Service während des Urlaubs war super erreichbar.
Die Villa war top gepflegt und alles war genauso wie auf den Fotos auf der Website!
Wir sind absolut zufrieden und können Emma Villas uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Wir buchen hier sehr gerne wieder! Vielen herzlichen Dank für den super Service!

Himmlich, einfach Besonders!
In einfachen Worten gesagt, für uns war Casa Pilar perfect. Lisa und Christiano haben ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Casa Pilar ist eine perfecte Mischung aus Alt und Neu. Das neu errichtete Haus mit Bits und Bobs aus der Vergangenheit sorgen dafür das man immer was neues endeckt. Die Aussicht vom Pool war super und entspannen konnte man mit Musik aus bem Booster via Bluetooth. Im Erdgeschoß zwischendurch eine Partie Billiard. Die Küche ist mit allem Ausgestattet woran man nur denken kann und als Open Kitche/Livingroom einfach Perfekt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Lisa und Christiano mit Wein und frischem Gemüse begrüßt, was für ein Empfang. Noch die Schlafzimmer, diese sind hell und freundlich mit je eigenem Bad und Airco. Ich wiederholen mich, für uns war Casa Pilar der Himmel auf Erden.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Abgesehen von einer fehlenden Bestätigungsmail mit joining instructions lief alles wirklich einwandfrei bei Emma Villas nicht zuletzt die Top-Betreuung vor Ort durch Elena. Auch die Empfehlungen hinsichtlich Koch und Fahrer erwiesen sich als erstklassig. Die Villa selbst entsprach unseren hohen Erwartungen. Bis auf fehlende Wein- und Sektgläser war absolut alles vorhanden. Die Betten sind gut. Die Lage komplett ruhig. Der Pool und poolside facilities sehr schön. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, nochmals Le Logge bei Todi zu buchen.

Villa Miki
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Miki. Das Haus bietet sehr viel und wir haben nichts vermisst. Alles ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Garten war ebenfalls super. Im hinteren Bereich des Grundstücks gibt es sogar einen kleinen Fußballplatz. Wir konnten mit 8 Autos ohne Probleme vor der Tür parken. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen! Die Gastgeber Marcia und Chris waren auch sehr nett, hilfsbereit und haben nie gestört. Sehr freundliche und angenehme Menschen. Gerne wieder.
