If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely disgusting customer service and quality of products are a disgrace. I paid $69 for a dress and they charge $45 to return. Avoid this website at all cost. Not even a Melbourne based company, from China.

Total scam!! Do not give this ‘business’ your money!! There is no family business closing down - mediocre products arrived from China!! Have followed the instructions on their website to request a refund & have received complete radio silence!! I have reported to Scamwatch & the ACCC!! Very disappointing that this is allowed to happen!!

Oh dear😂! Received my items today! Shocking! My favorite item is a “woolen” cardigan made out of industrial carpet. Looks hideous😂! I would normally be so upset but this time I laughed so hard. The sale price is still too expensive for the quality. OMG! I’m still laughing! Guess what? I’m going to wear it because I spent the money. Buyers, we got scammed! Well, at least we received our items, so perhaps a little bit better than being scammed, when you receive nothing in return for your money😂😂😂! Who knows, I might purchase from them again in the future !

I ordered a leather jacket, however received a polyester jacket, when I contacted them and asked for a refund I was told I had to pay $45 for shipping to China, also a buy one get one free set was not what was received, and the quality was shocking, not even their own label on clothes. Not once did they take responsibility for false advertising, do not get scammed.

I urge everyone to ask their bank for a chargeback to recieve FULL REFUND i reported website to scam watch and Australia consumer affairs they are a FAKE website and because it's not an Australian company they can't get shut down take photos of inferior clothing contact your bank to get your hard earned money back from these crooks

Ordered a woollen fair jumper.only to receive a cheap nasty shapeless plastic jumper with a wool print on it.

Received my order today “vintage flared pants”…picture on site is of quality looking denim pants - I received polyester “jegging” looking crap that is nothing like the picture.
I’d say the “we’re closing” BS is to attract poor schmucks like me that like a bargain. Their “last day before we close” has been running for three weeks now. The sad “mum and dad” looking couple on the site are no doubt just some stock images pulled from the internet.
Worst quality crap I’ve ever bought! Do not buy from this site!!

I bought a pair of shoes, supposedly drastically reduced. They took nearly a month to arrive after follow up. They did not fit. The quality of the shoes is very poor. Minimal packaging, which they attribute to environmental awareness. The return policy places a huge cost on the customer. After several emails, they made an offer to refund 20%. I am stuck with shoes I will never wear, and a big lesson to never buy from them again. They must have spent a huge budget on advertising, but close to zero care for the customer. I don't know who owns the company but they must be ruthless. Elisa from the Customer Service Team, was respectful but their return policy left me frustrated, disappointment and out of pocket. Never again. Give them a miss.

Terrible company. Ordered boots and what arrived was not as ordered or described. Wrong colour, material, poor quality, they smelt of chemicals. Tried to get a refund through the company and they would only offer 20% because they want to 'save on co2 emissions' if i sent the item back to China.
I ended up getting my money back via Zip.

APPALLING! ABSOLUTE FRAUD! I bought 2 pairs of shoes from a MELBOURNE STORE (Lies!) and was shipped Chinese crap! Plastic soles sythetic shoes and a plastic binding on it because the synthetic part was too valuable to hem! Honestly it is $2 shop crap!
And then ... I pay for shipping a on return to CHINA and a $15 processing fee for each item! This is horendous and I can tell you ... will check reviews on everything from now on!

this is a scam dropshipper who send you really bad garments from China and wont take returns in Australia despite the Melbourne in their title and make you send it back to China for refund - they are not an Australian company - do not buy!!!

I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing from this scam company! I ordered a pair of shoes, supposedly orthopedic in an Aust size 7, I was sent a Euro size 37 which is not correct. I was told it would cost me $45 to return them and $15 handling fee when they received them, they would however give me a 50% discount on another pair in the correct size! I thought this was a reputable Aust company boy was I wrong.
Stay away and do not buy from them, cheap crap and useless service!

I ordered a cardigan size XL. It arrived- no size or any details of brand or care - no labels at all. I could hardly get an arm into it, it was more like an XS. Asked for return, refund or exchange. I was told it would cost too much (for me) to return. I was offered a 20% refund and allowed to keep it. My 48kg elderly relative can get into it. Stupidly I assumed an Aus based company - from China. Won't fall into this trap again!!

Buyers beware!! It’s very clear
1. They are not shutting down!
2. They are using Melbourne in the title as a marketing tool, to lead trusting buyers to believe they are a luxury brand product. The prices slashed is another tactic $350 slashed to $75 for a lounge set (you would think it would have a size tag) NO, think again the products have no size tags, labels and if you purchased as a gift it would be extremely disappointing it in fact looks like cheap products made in china.

3. RETURNING is impossible, their website states that they have items from china and from Australia. The postage is from Melbourne yet when you want to return this is what you will receive from them. We were quite willing to pay to have it returned at a normal aud postage fee that you would expect.

What a joke, sustainability yet they are paying some poor person in a sweatshop to make their cheap and nasty products and trying to charge exuberant prices masked by slashed closing down sales to deceive customers.

Paid for a knitted cardigan and a cable knit, plus a blouse. Was sent something completely different to the knitted cardigan, a cheaply made blouse and a cable jumper with no care or content label in it. Queried and was told I would have to send back to China, although package was obviously not sent from China. Told the cable jumper is only polyester, and refused to send correct knitted jumper. Out of pocket around $150 for cheap garbage. Do not buy or trust this company

You think the because of the boots are not true to size and quality of the clothing is not there for the price you would get a refund, but you are told you need to return it back to China not melbourne and then pay all the associated taxes is a joke. No customer service and beware of this company as it says elle melborne but it elle China as everything is from there.

I wish I checked reviews first. Ordered a plain jacket, got one with "US Army" all over it and it looks like something out of a horror movie. When I disputed it, I was told to pay almost 50% purchase price to return it to China, with still no guarantee the correct one would come. No wonder they are going out of business, or rebranding to rip off hard working Australians. I hope this review helps prevent others losing their money. The sustainability greenwashing is also absurd.
