The clothes I received were of extremely poor quality and when I tried to make use of the "Hassle free/30 day Money back Guarantee", this is the response I received:

As noted on our "website", we do not offer free returns, and we operate exclusively online, with our central warehouse located in China. This is part of our commitment to sustainability, as having one central return location near our production facility helps minimize our environmental impact. The return address is provided in the attached return form. Please ensure you send your package to this address, as returns sent elsewhere may not be processed and could be discarded.

If you choose to return your item(s), please keep the following in mind:
Return shipping costs, including customs fees, are the customer’s responsibility and may be up to 40 AUD per item.
A 15 AUD handling fee per item will be deducted from the refund to cover additional warehouse processing.
A tracking number is required for all returns. Without tracking, we won’t be able to confirm receipt or process your refund.

If that is not an option for you, we also offer the following: Since we prefer to avoid returns given the ecological process (CO2) emissions, you can then just keep your items and do not have to return anything. (For every 3 orders we plant a tree in the world).

Ripped off ,non genuine products,they sell Temu stuff,they claim to be a family from Melbourne Australia, having to close there business,keep well away and there's similar ones doing the same wouldn't be surprised if there the same, very disappointed.

Complete scam, never received an order confirmation on my purchase.

Disgusting company!! Would give them minus stars if possible. Cheap crap from China. Total scam portraying themselves as an Australian company. Through my first order in the bin there were no laces in the boots & they stunk totally gross. Had ordered again before realising with their sorry order delayed code. Tried to cancel immediately & a message said their customer support was down for 2 days. When they finally got back they said my order needed to be cancelled within 15 minutes. Surprise surprise they were still sending deals to get you to buy more but the customer service email was still unavailable even after the date it stated!! SCAM SCAM SCAM stay away from this dodgy website.

What a scam! The denim dress I bought looked nothing like the picture. They have a return centre but it’s in china and costs $40 to send the item back. Then they charge you $15 for a processing fee. The dress cost $60 and I wouldn’t pay $5 for it. I don’t know how they sleep at night. Absolute joke! Don’t buy from them!

Crap. Not Australian. Cheap knockoffs. Sent me the wrong colour. Don't waste your money. The item is nothing like the picture

Do trust this company total scam and rubbish product

WARNING! I wish I had checked the reviews first. This company have piggybacked off an upmarket label 'Elle' that is closing down in Melbourne and selling their stock. I was fooled to the value of $170 Au. I had to chase up the delivery and it took weeks over what was stated for them to arrive.
The three dresses I received have not been hemmed, just over locked. There are no facings or linings. Just sweat shop basic. Really ripped off.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Its a total SCAM! I ordered "leather orthopedic" quality clogs and I got something similar to cardboard and polyester! they havent even tried to emulate the photo they were advertising the product with. Unfortunately I fell for it, trusting the sale prices and the name of the company claiming to be an Australian Melbourne based company. To get a refund, it would cost me postage to China PLUS $15 admin fees!! AND you only have 1 month to return products. Always use PAYPAL to protect yourself from these scammers when buying online.

I brought a brown wool coat as claimed by the website. I asked them to cancel when I checked the reviews later. I received the coat which looked very cheap and not as described. I asked them for a refund. They said I would have to pay $40 for postage and they would deduct another $15 once they received. They said they would pay 20% if I kept it. The coat costs $80 plus insured postage $4.50. The website says the shop is in Melbourne, Bourke street and is closing down hence half price. Pls stay away and don't be defrauded

Don't get con by these people. I cancelled my order
within 3 days of the order & I was told they couldn't stop the order & I would have to wait for the order to be delivered to then return. Now they want to charge me $40 + $15 admin charge per item to return.
Very poor quality clothes. The jacket was suppose to be wool & is cheap polyester.
The website is misleading.

This is a Chinese company posing as an Australian company. I realised my mistake after purchasing a ‘leather’ bag from them. The trust pilot reviews on their website do not reflect the actual trustpilot reviews. I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped but they told me it could only be cancelled within 15 minutes of ordering. It just arrived and as I suspected quality of the product was extremely poor spray on leather - $99 down the drain. It’s going straight to Salvos.

The product I received is of such bad quality. ..no point in trying to return as it costs a ridiculous amount!
It looks nothing like what is on their website
So I am donating it to the local homeless shelter....if they take it!

I wish I read the negative reveiws before I placed my order I am still waiting for my order and a reply on were my item is. I don't hold to much hope on any positive outcome

Do not buy anything from this website! The website is very well done and you are made to feel like you are getting some level of quality but it is all cheap and nasty. Well played scammers!!

I cannot exacy write a review, as yet to receive order. However, am frustrated as had email from Elle- Melbourne saying my order delivered on 19th April, but it has not!
Also I've read many negative reviews about this company..will my order arrive?

Don’t be fooled by this company. It is a complete scam. I have emailed them several emails. No response due to my order. The measurements are so inaccurate if you are comparing to their size chart, you can say three sizes too small. Please don’t be fooled by ordering from this company complete scam.

The sweater I received was really poor quality, I could have used it to clean the windows. On top of that the jumper came with collar and cuffs attached, also made of cheap cotton. The only positive experience was the package arrived with a week.

These clothes are made from very cheap fabrics! The back story of the Melbourne family business closing is fabrication and the company is based in China. The "closing sale ending today" has been going on for 4 weeks now so do not buy anything from this crowd as the clothes are worth about 10% of what you have paid. Other reviews state that it costs $40 for returns!
Do not buy anything from Elle Melbourne, but if you have please leave a review if you very unsatisfied.
