Deceptive advertising, showing a set and sending only the blazer for $170 , not to mention the flimsy tracksuit which is nylon.Should have read the reviews before buying, 300 dollars down the drain.

NEVER BUY FROM ELLE MELBOURNE!!! They are complete scammers. I purchased a shirt which they falsely described and advertised as “Linen-Silk” when it arrived the tag states 100% polyester. When I wrote & complained they refused to give me a refund. The best they said they could do was a 30% credit, even though they completely lied?! I’ve reported them to the ACCC.

Horrible experience. I ordered a bag. It's dreadful. Cheap and nasty looking. Not what I expected at all. To send it back would of cost me between $25-50! The company tried very hard to put me off returning it. I ended up keeping it because of the expensive return process. I feel like I was scamned. Stay away from this site. You will be ripped off.

I am one of the many here that got scammed. The quality is beyond horrible. Different colour too. What do we do??

Avoid this store at all costs. The product sizes are ridiculous. Size L would be lucky to fit a 10yo. Poor quality and no official clothing label. Never again.

All I can say is please do not buy from this company. Nothing to do with australia. Cost more to return product than it costs. Product cheap Chinese made.

This company is dishonest and untrust worthy. DO NOT BUY!!! They are using genuine photographs of products and supplying poor quality rip offs. I bought my daughter a pink palm puff embroidered hoodie for her birthday and what I received is an awful printed polyester jumper...NO embroidery. Not even close to the real thing and the product photo.

Their returns policy is designed to discourage dissatisfied customers returning their rubbishy products.

I was offered a 20% refund, then a 30% refund which is unsatisfactory as they are unlawfully misrepresenting products.

I discourage anyone from buying from them.

I will never buy from Elle again. Bought 2 pair of sneakers size 9. The size I was sent after 2 months delay were size 7. I requested a refund however refund policy very expensive at $40 per item for returning items. This is a cost to the customer plus freight charges and taxes. Not worth sending back to China where their headquarters are. No returns to Melbourne.

Scammers! What I received is not what I ordered and paid for. Elle Melbourne’s return address is in BELGIUM!! Costs too much to send it back, it’s going in the bin

Absolute scammers! False advertising and misleading, I ordered jeans and received polyester pants! I tried to get a refund, they told me I needed to pay shipping, $40 back to china and a $15 fee. Their website states they ship with in Australia only!! There are no refund details until you purchase through shop! Then the details are there after the purchase (which I only found out when I was trying to get a refund)
Ohh and not to mention that I waited 4 weeks for this to be delivered, their website says 10-14 business days.
I lost $80 don’t do the same!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Elle Melbourne is a scam. This is not an Australian business. I put in an order on April 16 and am still waiting to receive my order. Despite numerous requests to determine status of my order, I have not received my order. Please be warned when ordering from this online supplier.

SCAM, product is completely different to image in shop. Cheap materials. Not wearable.

If I could give it no stars I would, absolute rip off. Took forever to arrive and the quality of clothes is worse than something from Temu but they charge premium prices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I wish that I had read these reviews before I’d been duped and scammed as well.
The products are expensive but you will receive poor quality cheap garments. Despite the claim that returns and refunds are easy, it is impossible. This is a Chinese company, borrowing the name Melbourne’ to dupe customers into believing that this a local family run Australian business. There is no address or shop front in Melbourne! All returns have to be paid by the purchaser to go to China where they are undeliverable and get sent back to you. Then Elle Melbourne claim that they can’t refund because they have not received the return!!! Scam.
It has taken four months of my time energy and money dealing with this company. Avoid at all cost.JC

This is an absolute scam.
I ordered 2 long cardigans, money was taken out of my bank instantly, I received no confirmation emails, no customer order #, and no response to my many customer service enquiries.
Its so disgusting and deceitful.
These people obviously have no conscience whatever and shouldn't be part of the human race

Cheap unusable items. I offered a 20% credit as they are clearly sad there will be shipping cost to return and also $15 warehouse handling fee to return. Not worth it to return. I just put into the Bin as I would not give those shoes to my enemy:)

Same experience as a lot of reviews, shops resents as an Australian shop, orders come from China, shoes poorly sized, you have to pay for shipping costs back to China plus they also take a $15 “handling” fee for returns.
