I had a bullhorn lip lift with Mr Sultan Hassan at the beginning of April. We had discussed what I hoped to achieve and I was informed of how the procedure is done what to expect during surgery and recovery.
The facility is excellent and the staff are warm and friendly. The surgery was quick and Mr Hassan made sure I knew what was happening and that I was doing well. The stitches were fantastic, small and immaculately neat.
The recovery has been excellent with very little pain. After my stitches were out the redness subsided immediately and I’ve not used make up to cover the scar at all as it’s barely visible. I have full range of motion with my lip, there is a little tingling but at only three months out I’m not at all concerned.
I’m in love with my new lip (I actually have one now) I excited to have further procedures at Elite, Mr Hassan listens to what you want and gives an honest opinion on if it is achievable.

I'm now two years out from my initial rhinoplasty with Dr Hassan and I am so happy with the results. The patient care has been exemplary at every stage. I researched and spoke to a lot of different surgeons before settling on Elite and this was because they treat you as an actual person/patient and not just a walking cash cow.

From the initial consultation, Dr Hassan takes the time to actually get to understand your priorities, reasons for surgery and is very honest about what can/can't be achieved. The support team is available 24/7 and super responsive, I've had check ups at every stage - 24 hours post surgery to 2 years later!

I have no reservations in recommending Elite - my advice to anyone undergoing rhinoplasty is to be prepared for a journey of recovery and not just an overnight result post surgery. Elite made me feel informed at every stage of this journey and that I was supported at every step.

Having seen Mr Hassan yesterday 20/03/24 for a review of moles removal on my face( a total of four) I can say that I know why I would NOT go to any other cosmetic surgeon for this or any other elective cosmetic surgery of any kind. I have had elective major cosmetic surgery by the wonderful Mr Sultan Hassan. I truly would NOT trust anyone else.. he puts you at ease when discussing your fears and concerns regarding all areas of recovery .. whist considering in-depth solutions for the future and realistic expectations. I've always been self conscious about my nose, especially my side profile due to a bump that developed on the bridge of my nose during my early teens. Rhinoplasty is something I've wanted for so many years, but was aways put off exploring it further due to worries about whether or not i would be happy with the results, or if i would be left with further problems.

After many years I finally came across Dr Hassan. Dr Hassan had performed rhinoplasty on a friend of mine and i was amazed at the results. After looking at further reviews and seeing the amazing feedback Dr Hassan had, I decided to book my surgery with Elite Surgical following the initial consultation. Dr Hassan knew exactly what i wanted and how to achieve it. The procedure and after care was fully explained during my consultation and any questions or concerns that i had were discussed, putting my mind at ease.

Following my surgery, Dr Hassan came to see to me and showed me the before and after pictures that had been taken immediately before and after surgery. Even immediately after, my nose looked perfect and exactly what i had wanted. The recovery was tough however, i really struggled with being unable to breathe through my nose due to the post surgery packaging and hardly slept as a result. There was no pain at all, it was just uncomfortable. After 2 weeks i was finally able to remove my cast. My nose was still really swelled understandably, but loved the fact that it already looked so straight and that the swelling would significantly reduce over time.

At almost 1 year post surgery, i can see my final result and i am more than happy with it. I can honestly say that it’s the best decision i ever made. My confidence has grown massively and no longer refuse to have pictures taken from the side. I cant thank Dr Hassan enough for giving me the nose I’ve always wanted.

After being incredibly paranoid about my nose for many years, I decided to have a Rhinoplasty procedure with Mr Hassan after reading and hearing reviews based on his previous work.

Best decision I ever made... the paranoia has gone and Mr Hassan has changed my life! I am over the moon with the outcome, Mr Hassan really is the best in the business. The support and care that he showed from Pre-Op right through to post-op and even 2 years on has been amazing.

when i was 17 i had a bad facial injury breaking two front teeth and my nose. at the time although my septum was badly twisted in the accident when swelling went down from the front my nose looked fairly straight ,left nostril blocked due to twisted septum.at the time the word was leave well alone.as i aged my nose became increasing wide to the extent i felt i had a nose in front of my face instead of part of it ,breathing thru nose poor.i spent about a year trying to get help either nhs or private with very little success .an old friend talked one night said elite surgical very good dr sultan hassan one of the best in uk ,if he cant help no one can .after consultations a surgery was arranged and although 2 surgerys were needed due to the complicated procedure (not just a rhinoplasty but more of a nose reconstruction)the final result is fantastic . breathing thru my nose has never been so good ,and i have a perfectly straight nose.thankyou to everybody at elite surgical its fantastic, where i was down about my nose at one time i am now really happy. stuart

I have found Dr. Hassan to be very warm, friendly and polite throughout the whole experience. Feeling at ease was essential to me when choosing a surgeon so his ability to build a good rapport really made a difference early on. I was very pleased with the level of detail he went into when explaining my procedures (modified one stitch face lift and rhinoplasty) both at the initial consultation and again on the day. His team in theatre were very professional, yet so lovely and reassuring - again, this really made a difference. Post operative care was explained clearly, and having just finished my Zoom call with him where he talked me through the removal of my cast, I'm pleased (and relieved) to say I am thrilled with the results. I have a youthful jawline once again (!) and my refined nose looks fab! It's early days, but as I get underway with my post-operative care, I know I'm in good hands. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Hassan to anyone who requires a highly experienced surgeon with a warm, friendly approach.

The best decision I ever made. Its been life changing for me. Elite surgical have been amazing and the communication has been 5*. Simon was so caring and always there to answer any questions I had. Dr Hassan is a perfectionist and very attentive to what I wanted the outcome to be. He was very honest with me and made me feel very comfortable in his presence. My experience was so much better than I could have ever imagined and my results are just out of this world. Its true what they say you pay for what you get!! I have no regrets.

I had a revision rhinoplasty with Mr Hassan a year ago and the results have been fantastic. Mr Hassan was very good at explaining what changes he could make and what was and wasn’t possible. The pre-surgery and post-surgery appointments were thorough and gave me plenty of time to ask any/all questions. The surgery itself went smoothly, as did the post-surgery aftercare. Mr Hassan has also had several follow-up appointments with me to ensure I am healing as well as possible. His office has been very easy to get a hold of whenever I’ve had questions and they were proactive in booking me in for the follow-up appointments.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr Hassan and his team. They made me feel at ease despite my nerves! I would recommend Elite if you’re thinking of having surgery as my results are fantastic. I had a breast uplift and upper and lower eye surgery. Honestly has improved my appearance tenfold. Seen Mr Hassan for my 10 month review, after upper eye lid lift, upper lip lift and face lift surgery. All is excellent and healed now. The results are amazing, it really has taken years off me. If you are thinking of cosmetic surgery I can highly recommend Mr Hassan, not only is he a very talented surgeon, but he is also extremely caring and very down to earth with a great sense of humour. I trusted Mr Hassan throughout my surgery knowing I was in very safe hands.

Doctor Hassan is by far one of the best surgeons I have been to and I have met quite a few ! I have had surgery in Los Angeles in the past and I can honestly say I wish I had gone to doctor Hassan for that procedure ! He is not only a top surgeon with his fantastic results for facial and body procedures but he will make sure you are cared for at the highest standard for safety. I have a few friends as well as me now who been to him, all for different things face and body , everyone and my self have been over the moon with the outcomes, he is also one of the best people I’ve found for scarring. His manor is very genuine and caring and some surgeons lack on this so it’s even more re assuring when you meet him. If you want to feel better, look better, and look younger defiantly go to Doctor Hassan.

I am extremely happy with my lip scar revision surgery. I had an existing scar on my lip from a dog bite when I was a child which had always bothered me. I had seen 2 previous consultants who recommended either lip filler or laser surgery. Mr Hassan was the only one confident enough to surgically remove the old scar and improve the visual appearance. 3 months on and I am delighted with result. I couldn’t recommend him enough. I found him through a friends recommendation who had a rhinoplasty revision - and she is equally delighted with her results

I do not write this review with any malice but only to educate and possibly deter people from making the same mistakes I did.

Sadly, I put my trust in Dr Hassan and my functional and cosmetic requests were dismissed, ignored and ultimately he did what he thought was best. This left me with a contour nose, disproportionate to my face with dents and extreme functional difficulties. My main request was the functional aspect to improve my breathing and if possible to dehump my nose - I still wanted the same sizing of the nose and possibly a slight subtle NATURAL change in shape. Unfortunately I did not get that and I wish he would of consulted me with what he wanted to do with my nose and the possible side effects as I would of yet again highlighted my specific requests and concerns.
I have literally wasted all of my savings, (paid £10,595), just to have a nose that I am cosmetically and functionally upset with.

PLEASE if you adamantly want a rhinoplasty, PLEASE see a ENT NOSE SPECIALIST as they will perform surgery with the functional and cosmetic aspects in mind.
The risks of your first rhinoplasty is about 5% and now I am wanting to have a revision rhinoplasty in the foreseeable future and the risks have significantly increased to 15-20%. IT is SO IMPORTANT that you pick the best and most suitable surgeon THE FIRST TIME around and unfortunately I do not feel Mr Hassan is that.
I now have breathing difficulties with the simplest things, sleeping and slow walking and frankly don’t even want to go out anymore from the hassle and look of my nose.

I knew and expressed from the 3 month review that I was not happy with my nose but kept waiting in the hopes that things would improve but sadly things only got worse. When it came to my 12 month review and I brought up concerns, Mr Hassan kept using reassurance and praise to deflect my genuine concerns and only suggested filler for the dents. Sadly, with certain companies and professionals it is purely a business with money in mind and a lack of care for the patients.

This is just a bit of personal advice which may be debatable to some but I got this surgery at the age of 21 and really urge people to at least wait until 25 when they are more mature and may not be as influenced by societal pressures and beauty standards. In hindsight, if I knew the likelihood of these side effects occurring and that this would be my reality, I do not think I would of acted hastily to have this operation.

Overall, please please please, think rationally and carefully about this surgery and WHO would be best for your cosmetic and functional needs, preferably an Ent nose specialist.
I honestly do not wish my experience on anyone and can only hope that someone is more aware and benefitted from my review.

Two years ago, I had liposuction on my legs (inner thighs, outer thighs and knees) with Mr Hassan and I am only getting round to sit down and write about my experience today. It's not that I needed time to form an opinion about my treatment (I was blown away right from the word go) it's just that whatever I wrote in my head didn't seem to do justice to the transformative procedure I had.

First, I feel I must give you a little bit of background information. My legs have been a huge insecurity of mine since the age of 16 (I am now 40) and have pretty much ruled my life. Clothes shopping was an absolute nightmare as everything seemed to accentuate my saddle bags thighs. I was happy with my weight overall but still dieted in a bid to get rid of my saddle bags and misshaped knees. I was losing fat everywhere but nothing to seem to make a dent on my legs. I was destined to a life of skater skirts, heels and long "nightie dresses" on top of leggings in the gym. I had been dreaming of having liposuction since the age of 18 but didn't know where to start. Fast forward two decades later and I heard GLORIOUS reports of Mr Hassan and decided to take the plunge and book a consultation.

Consultation couldn't have gone any smoother. Originally, I wanted my inner thighs, outer thighs, knees AND "cankles" done but Mr Hassan assured me that a liposuction on thighs and knees would be enough to make a difference to my silhouette. And he was absolutely right! Many surgeons, I am sure would have just taken my money and even tried to sell me more procedures but he wasn't like that. What.a.guy!

I am now the owner of a stunning and smooth pair of legs and still, 2 years later, I still get emotional realising how much the operation has changed my life. I now also have a thigh gap which makes me feel like I have won a few inches in overall height. Cankles? I don't even notice my ankles anymore and he didn't even go near the ankles. I now also understand why liposuction is also called liposculpture. The definition achieved around the bum, the knees, the side of the thighs leaves me speechless. Not to hoot my own horn but I look phenomenal!

I will always feel more glamourous in a pair of heels but I don't feel like I need to wear heels anymore, on a daily basis. In terms of clothes, nothing feels out of bounds anymore and I can't get over that!

Would I have surgery again with Dr Hassan? I am actually on my way to have a mini face lift (modified one stitch face lift - NOT a thread lift) and I am giddy with excitement. Please relay my most sincere thanks to Dr Hassan (and his great team) This second life he has given me is awesome. <3 <3

After a rhinoplasty 20 years ago, which had left my nose collapsing, my research for a highly skilled surgeon in revision rhinoplasty led me to Mr Hassan. From our first zoom consultation I knew I had found the one, not only for his extensive knowledge and experience but his kindness and compassion immediately shone through.
I was provided with detailed information of what would happen and a realistic plan for what could be achieved- Mr Hassan exceeded all of this for me.

Once I had made my decision to proceed I was able to book a surgery date quickly and could not have asked for better care. I have felt supported by Mr Hassan and his lovely team every step of the way both before and following surgery.

Through our discussions Mr Hassan was well aware of the issues I had with the appearance and function of my nose but I left it in his capable hands to decide on the final look, having trust in him as an artist, as well as a surgeon, to build a nose suited to my face. My surgery was in fact even more complicated than expected and took longer than anticipated-but as promised I did not leave the operating table until he was confident the best result possible had been achieved. Just a matter of weeks after surgery not only did my nose look so much better but there was also considerable improvement to my breathing.

3 months into my recovery I am so happy with the result. There is still visible swelling but I’ve been amazed by the brilliant outcome, to me I have been given the nose that should always have been there. My nose is no longer a worry or concern to me and for this I will be forever grateful to Mr Hassan and cannot recommend him highly enough.
