This review follows up my journey pursuing revision surgery for Breast Augmentation procedure complications with transform - surgery date 15th January 2025.

After over one year for persistent contacting Transform finally booked me an appointment with a revision surgeon Mr Lahoud on February 9th 2026 - over 1 year later- however as Mr Lahoud does not do revision surgery for fat transfer procedure. this was therefore a complete waste of his time and my efforts.

I was booked for a second review with Mr Agha on February 14th 2026, his knowledge and manner were exceptional. I was/am keen to proceed with revision with Mr Agha, to correct the deforming necrotic fat lumps which cover my breasts.

However, my attempts to contact transform (after their stated 7 week revision review period) have been entirely ignored. I am left physically deformed, romantic relationship affected, self esteem and faith demolished.
My advise to you, if like me (as a healthcare professional) you're considering Tranform for the safety of a fair and timely patient aftercare process, save your money and save yourself undue stress. Go to Turkey or Lithuania like everyone else.

Since transform gave me rhinoplasty in 2023 and forgot to remove one of the black stitches and gave me incorrect cleaning instructions due to a mix up with their note passing,and one surgeon leaving very sudddenly, and after 6 trips to england and over 2 years of horrific swelling, one oversized lowhanging nostril and a large lump on the left side, I am stll unable to wear glasses, even with cotton wool padding my nose still swells, even without glasses my nose swells, I look like millhouse from the simpsons only more lopsided,my formal complaint was dismissed as this is a 'good/ excellent result' according to transform, and much as it pains me to pay them twice to fix my nose, I cannot go on any longer like this and so have booked a consultation. I expect they will need to use cartilage from my rib this time due to having already wasted what was available in my nose, and I expect this will be double expensve, however I am unable to work if I cannot wear glasses and I am in constant discomfort. I Will post an update as I'm interested to see how my phone call goes.My GP can confirm this nose is not at all functional

From start to dealings so far I'm totally impressed and can't rate my dealings with this company highly enough.My initial contact was with Natalie Ogden who listened (this is a rare quality at the present day) was kind, friendly and above all was very professional. My direction of pain relief was immediately given and I attended the Sancta Maria private hospital in Swansea where I was seen by Mr David Woodnutt who performed the operation within 10 days of my initial assessment. My only reaction is one of immense gratitude at the totally professional service which I have received from everyone involved in my relief from pain.

Utterly terrible company. I booked a consultation and paid £50 which I was told was only a pre authorisation of my card. I had some terrible personal news and cancelled the appointment at least 3 weeks before the date. I have now spoken to 5 different people to try and get my refund for the charge to my card which should never even have been a charge. This company are scammers and I am so pleased I don’t go ahead. Perhaps I will eventually get a reply and my monies back

Kerry harper the company would be lost without this wonderful woman. Any questions she gets back to you same day talks you throu everything sorts any problems out nothing is too much trouble

I had a breast re augmentation Dr Lahoud brought back symmetry to my implants and was very knowledgeable on what would suit my body shape and what CC was best. He professionally told me what my limits were on CC and the reasoning behind it which made me feel safe.

Sophie and Esra were very attentive they ensured I was well looked after before and after my re augmentation.

The nurses was so nice with me from minute I got there for my surgery and after, highly recommend. My surgeon was mr sherif elamari he is amazing as his job 👌

First spoke to transform in July 25 came in for a meeting , very nice and relaxed and great service , met the surgeon who was excellent and put my mind at ease so happily paid £500 to secure the surgery in Birmingham.
As the surgery date for breast reduction and tummy tuck was getting closer we made contact to pay the remaining amount after making payment we were later informed that Birmingham was no longer an option and London was the only option available to us. Having to quickly make travel and hotel arrangements I proceeded .
The day of surgery, I arrived to find the surgery locked with staff waiting outside as nobody had a key after approximately an hour wait we gained entry .
The surgery went brilliantly the surgeon and staff were excellent. The two week review later with the nurse went well and she was attentive .
On the four week review we commented to the nurse about a few issues who told us not to worry as when i have the review with the surgeon all these would be checked and sorted .
Now 6 months post op transform have consistently avoided our calls and refused to book a review with my surgeon offering excuse after excuse . Including my surgeon is unavailable, no alternative was offered they then said they would speak to another surgeon but he would have to agree to see me . Despite trying to contact them now over 20 times from several different numbers no response has been had .
The surgeons and staff are brilliant but they are so badly let down by this very poor company , the amount of 1 star reviews now hitting this company is is not a surprise unfortunately.

From start to finish Transform have been amazing. I felt valued and my health and long term results put as their top priority. Dr Macy is clearly a perfectionist who is very passionate about what he does and I am overwhelmed with the results already even whilst still in the healing stage.

From first making an enquiry to having a TKR took just over 2 weeks. I was kept informed at every stage by both Transform and The Highfield Hospital where the surgery was performed.
Following the surgery I was again kept fully up to date by various people at Transform who also kept a check on my progress. Subsequent appointments were arranged with a physiotherapist and a nurse who did home visits which was very convenient.
Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional and there was (almost) always someone to answer my calls.
One small gripe, even though I said it would take me two days to transfer the money over, I was contacted by various people chasing it up.
Overall it was a pleasure to do buisiness with Transform and I will not hesitate to use them again if I have to pay for my other TKR.

Excellent surgeon, excellent care, excellent facilities, aftercare amazing

Extremely disappointed with the service at Transform. Debbie, who was assigned to me was very helpful, outside of that, I would not recommend them. Having been advised to pay a holding deposit of £500 to book a surgery slot, with a 14 day cooking off period, I proceeded. I was offered a date which was then changed to a different day less than 24 hours later but received no written confirmations . I was booked a telephone appointment with a nurse for 1 hour, which I moved things to accommodate. The nurse did not make the call and I was left a voicemail later to apologise and to say she would call to reschedule. This did not happen I was simply booked another appointment without discussion. Having reviewed the new surgery date with my husband I found it would not work aftercare wise so spoke to Debbie to advise I would need to look at this later on in the year. I was then told somebody would contact me to arrange my refund. I had to chase multiple times for them to contact me and now, over a month later, still no refund. The finance number on Transforms main line does not work and the mobile number of the contact simply goes to voicemail. All in all for a large, national company I am very disappointed and does not make me want to return later this year.

Overall, an exemplary experience marked by expertise, care, and professionalism.

I has my surgery 2 weeks ago with mr bhatty a face and neck lift under local anaesthetic, best decision I made, recovery was way better back in my room and having a snack a few hours after. I can already see how good the results is going to be, thankyou to mr bhatty and all the nursing staff you were all amazing

I just have to put another review, as the fastest response from Transform Cosmetic is when we post a negative review.
This company just like to take your money and treat you like cattle. DO NOT USE THEM
I am in debt and nothing to show for £8500.
Please could transform answer my complaint and give me what I requested, my full medical notes and an explanation why no one responds to calls, messages, emails etc

Brilliant service and after care, highly recommend

I arrived with 2 inverted nipples, after 6 months and less £2500, I still have 2 inverted nipples. So complete waste of my time.

It's so difficult to review this company. I have used their services twice and twice got more (in a bad way) that I asked for.
I know, going a 2nd time seems daft, but the surgeons are good, and I thought I'd be better prepared a 2nd time round to insist on exactly what I wanted.
After care was non-existent 1st time, and minimal the 2nd, and despite my surgeon agreeing to do revision surgery, no one is responding to any of my emails. It took me months to get a response and speak to him about the issues, now no response for booking a surgery date.
I will keep trying and hope for the result I paid for.. if they stop ignoring me.
