Mr Hassan is an excellent cosmetic surgeon with an equally excellent team working with him. I'd thought, on and off, for over 20 years about the possibility of eyelid surgery as I had terrible, puffy, protruding eye bags which were only getting worse with age. Finally I made an enquiry, aged 53, and had a zoom consultation with Dr Hassan (not in person due to Covid precautions, but I felt it still worked as well as it would in person).
Mr Hassan recommended I undergo an upper and lower eyelid surgery with a 'soof' lift. I chose to go with his recommendations and had my surgery at Manchester Private hospital in April this year. The staff there were so kind and informative, and I was quite nervous, as I'd never had any surgery previously. My fears were groundless, and now, 13 weeks post surgery, my eyes and face look so much fresher and smoother, yet still natural. People who don't know I had this done have noticed I look really well, but aren't sure why, until I tell them. The incision lines are almost invisible already.
It's strange to say that it's made such a difference to how I feel about myself. I'd got to the stage of avoiding mirrors and having my photograph taken. Now I really enjoy putting on a little light make up again and no longer feel I have to pile on the concealer to try and hide behind.
I'm not a really vain person but I didn't realise how much confidence I'd lost before I had my surgery. It was more money than I would normally spend selfishly on just me (I'm a fairly miserly lady!), but it was totally worth every penny and the best money I've ever spent purely on myself.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Hassan and the Elite Surgical team to anyone looking to explore cosmetic surgery and what it can do for you.
Additionally, due to this all taking place during a pandemic, I realised it was a great time to have this done and recover - no one questions why you're hiding away for a while during a lockdown! The staff at Manchester and everybody involved handled all the covid risks in a way that made me feel completely safe at all times too.

Extremely hard to put into words but Elite Surgical & Dr. Hassan have changed my life. From the start they have been informative, helpful, attentive, everything you could wish for when undergoing life changing surgery. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The confidence it has given me is beyond words. If you are going to trust anyone with your face it’s got to be Dr. Hassan. Such a talented man who puts you at ease from the minute you speak to him. No question goes unanswered and believe me I asked A LOT! My new nose is worth every penny, the only qualm I have is why I didn’t do it sooner. The most overwhelming experience ever, I cannot thank them or rate them highly enough.

Dr. Hassan was very informative and reassuring. He provided all the necessary information before the procedure in a calm and measured way. On the day of the procedure all the staff in Manchester were brilliant and very attentive. The aftercare was great, as were the follow up zoom calls. I am really happy I had this done by Dr. Hassan and the end result is very natural.

Had a Rhinoplasty with Mr Sultan Hassan in August. Can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made! My only regret was I wish I done it sooner!
From the moment I met him for a consultation I knew I was going to have him for my surgery.
He went through everything I needed to know about the procedure, before and after care and much more. The consultation wasn't rushed and I left feeling confident.

The day I had my surgery, everything went smoothly and the team made me feel comfortable and at ease. Mr Sultan Hassan went through everything again with me on the day and took photos.

My recovery went really well and had no issues throughout. The whole procedure was painless!

Mr Sultan Hassan is really amazing at what he does and I can not fault his work. I had trust in him to give me a nose that will suit my face and I'm beyond happy with my results he has created.

I'm absolutely delighted with the results of my one-stitch facelift. It's taken at least 5 years off my appearance. The skin on my face is so much tighter & it's reduced my slight 'jowliness.' The results are subtle but effective. Mr Hassan & his staff were so attentive & the aftercare is also excellent. I felt relaxed & confident in their hands. Some pain afterwards is to be expected, but it doesn't last long & I'm really glad I had the procedure. I'll definitely have something else when I can afford it.

After many years of contemplating a rhinoplasty, I finally built up the courage to do so. There are so many clinics and plastic surgeons out there that it's quite tricky to make a choice! It took me a few months of intense search to decide on entrusting myself to Dr Hassan. He has a vast number of happy, real customers on Instagram, with "before" and "after" pictures, i've also seen him performing a rhinoplasty on TV.
On March 2020, Dr Hassan and I met for a consultation.
After going through the medical questionnaire with me, Dr Hassan asked why did I think I needed the surgery and what were my expectations? I wanted a smaller, daintier nose, without the bump, that would naturally fit my face.
Dr. Hassan examined my nose, took notes and explained what could be done. He then went to describe in detail the process of the surgery (too much info for my liking), all the risks (scary) and the aftercare. The only question i had at the end was "When can it be done?"
August 2020, on the day of the surgery, very nervous, I checked into the clinic. Dr Hassan went again through my medical history, reassured me that "I'm his absolute priority during the surgery and he won't disappoint". Another examination followed, pictures were taken and off I went to prepare for surgery. I have been approached by the anesthetist who checked the medical history as well, asked health related questions, explained his role during the surgery and mentioned all the risks involved. I was keen to go ahead.
It was a great decision and I wish I did it earlier!
Waking up after the surgery with no pain whatsoever, i found that the only discomfort was the stuffed nose (the packing inside was dissolvable and cleared by day 4-5 post operation). The face swelling appeared on day
day 2 and disappeared by day 5 (which i believe is normal). Maybe I'm just lucky but no painkillers were needed and the bruising was minimal (arnica tablets and bromelain/ pineapple juice probably helped).
Two weeks post-op, Dr Hassan videocalled me on Skype and with his guidance I removed the splint. From that exact moment, every day, when I look in the mirror, I Smile! My new nose is perfect!!
I am very lucky to have met Dr Hassan and his team, they did a brilliant job before, during and post surgery (courtesy calls and always available if i had any questions).

I had a botched rhinoplasty with Mr Hassan October 2017. I’ve been left with uneven nostrils, a polybeak deformity and breathing problems after spending £8650. I have asked for help many times but he’s very dismissive, eventually he said he could do a revision of his awful work but it would cost me a further £5000. No thank you you’ve ruined my face.

Went in for a breast reduction. Dr sultan Hassan sold my mother a dream, made her trust him but he just wanted her money. He knew he couldn’t do the survey well but still went ahead. As a result my mothers nipples died because dr sultan failed to ensure that they was good circulation after surgery give support to the nipple when he bandaged her up. We expressed our concerns to him and his team and they brushed us off like dirt on a shoe. Dr sultan also said he was going the do liposuction under both armpits but only did it on one side leaving one side dramatically bigger than the other while also giving her such a poor finish which sticks out

Dr sultan said that we would have a follow up appointment a week later but didn’t want to do it BECAUSE HE KNEW HE DID A HORRIBLE JOB. To anyone looking to get breast surgery especially reduction please DO NOT go to this man he will leave you will more problems then what you started with.

Hand on my heart I can honestly say I couldn’t have wished for a better nose. I struggled a lot during my recovery, I looked NOTHING like those girls I was following on Instagram but It didn’t take me long to fall in love with my new nose. I find myself always taking a photo of my side profile and I couldn’t imagine having my old nose. 3 months down the line I uploaded a photo to my Instagram where it was more of a side profile and someone messaged me saying ‘you have the most perfect nose I’ve ever seen’. Someone who didn’t even know I had the op. I spent years hiding from the camera, I didn’t even upload to social media for a good 2 years, and have so much respect for Mr Hassan for allowing me to live out my early 20’s enjoying little moments and capturing memories.

I trust Mr Hassan with everything, and wouldn’t even bother researching if I wanted something else done. From booking my op, to follow up calls and face to face check ups, they ride the wave by your side. Please ensure you go with someone who you feel comfortable with and not because they’re cheap. My friend went with another surgeon because they were cheaper and isn’t 100% happy with hers. So please wait a little longer, save a little more and go for the right surgeon! And trust the process!!!

From my very first appointment with Elite I have been extremely happy with the service given to me.
Dr. Hassan was very friendly and clear on the procedure suitable for me.
My aftercare has been amazing and most importantly I am THRILLED with my results.

I had my open rhinoplasty may 2017. I am of Serbian decent and have a large bulbous nose, I did lots of research and after seeing his work on Instagram I booked an appointment to meet with him, I should have known then what a mistake I was making, he was late I felt rushed when showing him photographs of what I was wanting, something smaller; smaller nostrils, tip of the nose made much smaller. All he said was: I’m going to give you a nose that is in proportion to your face. But not in a good place mentally I went along with it as I felt so unlovable and unworthy having the nose I had I thought yes this could finally give me confidence and a better life. It came to operation day and he was late once again which made me terribly nervous but thought I’m going to get a smaller nose. But for £8000 pounds I had smaller nostrils a straighter nose, it lifted slightly. But the size and the tip has remained exactly the same. Not one person noticed a big difference and nearly all said the size is exactly the same just with a slight improvement, and after years of feeling so low about the size of my nose I wish I just lived with it and decided myself I was lovable and worthy with that nose as now I’m paying off a loan and struggling when I could have seen another surgeon and ended up with the same result for probably half the amount! I think he’s a nice enough man but after doing more research after on his social media I’ve realised he only does small changes on girls that have fairly small noses to begin with. So I think if your after a big change please don’t go to him as you could end up like me. I now have a wonderful relationship with myself and my nose I’ve realised it’s a part of who I am and a part of my heritage, yes after paying £8000 I still have to contour my nose to give me more of a boost of confidence which is annoying considering the price I’ve made for this surgery, but I’m just trying to move on now which is why I have been able to finally write this review. Please do your research and look existently at the type of noses surgeons have worked on.

Revision Rhinoplasty - October 2018

I had a revision Rhinoplasty with Dr Sultan Hassan in October 2018. I'd previously had Rhinoplasty many years before which had unfortunately had left an open roof deformity. Obviously, due to this I was very nervous about embarking on a corrective surgery. Before my appointment I conducted lots of research and came across the excellent reviews for Mr Sultan. I was instantly comfortable when meeting Dr Sultan, who conducted an excellent consultation and even suggested alternatives to surgery (like fillers). Dr Sultan clearly explained the procedure and risks. I felt he gave a very balanced and informative appointment. I had my revision operation in October 2018, I'm very happy with the result and the care I received during and after surgery. I was previously very self conscious about my appearance, I now feel very happy with the way my "new" nose looks. If you're in need of a revision, as daunting as it is, I have no hesitation to recommend Dr Hassan. If I ever decide to embark on another cosmetic journey, I wouldn't entertain any other surgeon.

Called Elite Surgical Ltd and arranged a consultation had to pay £150 over the phone not being transparent enough to mention any charges again to follow up before or after going ahead with the procedure not mentioned the fee will not be deducted from the treatment/procedure either.
Seen Mr Sultan Hassan seemed friendly examined me No picture taken he was writing his notes as we were discussing the option he suggested and said I will send you the quotation and consultation notes, I said I will get back to you after that at the last minute he asked me to sign 2 pages one of the form given to me at 9 Harley str. And his hand written notes!
I said I'm not sure if I will go ahead with the procedure yet!
Mr Sultan Hassan said in case of emergencies to contact your GP also it’s what we have discussed today just sign it.
After two weeks not receiving any report or quotation called spoke to Caroline his PA to book another appointment to see him and discuss other options for the procedure she said you have to pay £60 every time you see Mr Hassan I could not believe it how can I go ahead with a surgery for changing implants with some corrections attend only one consultation to decide?!
I was so disappointed also she could not find any report or quotation and she said I can read his notes that you signed at the consultation that there is no guarantees also your condition can get worse than it is now...
I was shocked he did not even mention that or read it back to me as he was taking notes what he asked me to sign, I would be crazy to sign this and to pay for a procedure which might make my condition worse!
Thank god I did not go ahead with the surgery with my eyes closed to what Mr Sultan Hassan conned me to sign!!??

Asked for my consultation fee back but Elite surgical Pa Caroline refused to give me a refund and was told me that you paid for his time and there is a charge every time to see him.
I’m shocked disappointed to find no customer service Elite Surgical is all about taking your money have not received No report No quotation No after care policy No care for the patient just ripped me off with dishonesty No customer loyalty at all.

Refusing to refund after a week of chasing and bad attitude over the phone, a completely different attitude compared to when they are taking your card details. I have been conned out of £150 and my time wasted for this useless company of one man band as he is the founder of Elite Surgical don’t even have a choice to see other surgeon as he works alone.
Mr Sultan Hassan my £150 is not Hallal for you to spend as it is my hard-earned 2 days wages hope you will pay double the amount back elsewhere in life meanwhile I think you are more needy than me to charge £150 for 30min with no service in return this is not a decent action to take money from innocent patients so unprofessional of you Mr Sultan Hassan.
