I ordered a air conditioning unit for next day delivery that never came. There was no tracking emails, texts, nothing. Despite emailing the company there was no replacement sent out or anything done to investigate the courier company they used, nothing. It's taken two weeks to get the money refunded. No apologies, good will gesture, nothing. It's the first and last time using this company

They were informed that my newborn was unwell with temperature, and toddler got bad nosebleeds from the heat and couldnt sleep, also that my wife was ill with temperature in a flat of 34 degreesm so we urgently needed the air conditioner sold next day service. On multiple times implied air conditioner would arrive when none of their tracking information showed that to be true putting my kids in serious harm as we didnt have the time or money to find a replacement. Unit only arrived 3 days after advertised when heatwave was nearly over.

Will be taking complaint further so other parents avoid this situation which another complaint on here (with a baby) seemed to have also. No accountability taken for their actions but instead seemed self congratulatory that they delivered multiple orders late in seriously dangerous heat where children were suffering due to their incompetance, which again was their response to another complaint here. It seems that when our kids are screaming from the effects of a dangerous heatwave we should comfort ourselves that this small company took on more orders than their infustructor could handle.

Mid-summer and our portable AC blew out, which I purchased from this retailer a year ago. Online, all ACs are out of stock and I was in a panic. I gave Electricals Online a call and they offered me a full refund considering the lack of stock. However, he asked if I'd be interested in a replacement IF they could find one. I responded that it would be ideal with the next heat wave on the horizon and a young child at home. He was super kind and said he'll see what he can do but no promises. A few hours later, I received a personal email saying that a courier has been arranged to collect my item and deliver a new unit. I was SO grateful. Will definitely purchase from EO again. Thank you!!

Good product great price fast delivery

I placed an order as it clearly states on their website that orders over £75 placed before 12pm are next day delivery. I didn’t get a confirmation email of shipping until the following day and I have called multiple times asking for tracking details but no one seems to know where my order is. Each time I call I get different information and a promise of a call back, which never comes. They keep blaming the courier companies but I’m starting to think that my order hasn’t event been dispatched yet. I can also no longer find the item that I have ordered on their website. I would avoid ordering anything from this company.

Bought the Delonghi PinguinoEX100 Air conditioner, a lot cheaper than the big electrical shop and sent next day delivery.
Customer service was outstanding, even with me keep asking, when will it come.
Courier company delivered slightly late. but not this companies fault!
Ordered Sunday night, delivered Wednesday by 10am!

This is an upgraded review for Electricals Online. I ordered a DeLonghi air-conditioner in the heat wave with a ‘next day’ delivery promise, but it arrived a few days late. I initially gave the company a bad review as it wasn’t possible to speak to anyone in person to discuss where the item was. I did however eventually establish very positive email contact with an extremely helpful operative called Paulina. She apologised for the delay which was due to UPS delays rather than Electricals Online. The company understood the frustration and gave a goodwill gesture in recognition of the delay. Although it was late, the product arrived in good order and is a quality product. I have therefore upgraded this review to a four star rating.

AWFUL.

Ordered an air conditioner on Monday with next day delivery. I have a baby and a dog and needed it urgently due to the heat. Delivery did not arrive as promised. I was told throughout the day it would likely arrive, but there was no proper tracking or clear update. I’ve now been informed it is not coming. Very disappointing service, especially given the urgency and the delivery promise.
