Great product at a keen price delivered promptly

Great company to deal with, I ordered the wrong size and returned the item. They replaced the item with the correct size and refunded the difference. Would use this company again and strongly recommend them.

Unfortunately my items were not suitable and the refund process is still not completed. The communication from electricals online has been very good to help facilitate the return but it looks like the supplier is very slow at customer service

Ordered a car charger and it arrived next day. Even got a free set of airpods from a sweepstake i was automatically added into for buying it. what a company!

ordered EV charger with 4-5 day delivery time scale. 17 days later still no delivery. No waring that delivery may be delayed. No reply tracking details say its non for-filled

Ordered 7 lights on the 6-Jul26 placed the order before 12 noon for next day delivery, a week on and there are no updates, using AI to interact with the company on chat, a bit useless as all AI chat bots are, i am not sure why they use the crap its useless and frustrating. I am still waiting for updates as to when the items will be delivered its £92.96 spent. ordered the lights as the reviews are pretty good on Trustpilot. so far i have not had a good experience.
we had a power surge and blew several lights in the building and waiting a week for 7 lights is a long time, i could have gone to another supplier and paid slightly more but would have had them ontime.

Ordered an air conditioner, seemingly unit was delivered to the wrong postcode (delivery company blamed EO, EO blamed delivery company) I had to chase up - asked for a refund as I never had the unit, EO told me they would need to get the unit returned to them before they refund.

The unit has been back with them 10 days (according to tracking) and as yet no refund has been handed back.

Could I have my 560 pounds back please?

Electricals on line were very compétitive on price , it was DHL WHO let the delivery down and lost our order. Elec on line helped & sorted it for us. DHL eventually found our order but delivered late. I would still be happy to order from Elec on line again.

Next day delivery took 4 days. Tracking information when it was finally made available clearly showed that UPS hadn't got the item to deliver but nobody really seemed to know what was going on. Got here in the end though.

Well received items I purchased. Give it 5*

Arrived in good time, well packaged, and at a great price. Will be visiting the site again if I need any electricals
