I would have given 5 stars but for a few things that could have been better. I initially ordered a hoymiles micro inverter, which is designed to plug into a standard UK 13amp socket outlet, this was a pre order item due to be shipped on the 18/6/25, however I heard nothing when that date had been and gone.
I decided to cancel the order and get a refund as the status on their site had changed to the 23/6/25, but it did also say ready to ship next day, but I didn't know which to believe, but I got the refund no problem.
Then I noticed they had a similar item, slightly more expensive but in stock, and would do the job, it would have been nice if they had contacted me explaining the delay, and had an alternative item in stock, anyway I paid the extra and got this item.
Then I opened the box only to realise I needed an additional connector to make a lead, in order to connect it to the socket outlet, it's annoying the manufacturers selling an item designed to be plugged in and not including the special plug or lead. I checked the description to see if it mentioned needing the plug, but I didn't see it on the electricals online site, it's there to order in the accessories section, but I assumed something designed to be plugged in would come with the accessories to actually plug it in, so be warned if you ever order one of these.

Product was as ordered and quick delivery. How ever I did have issues with the product once fitted (Easee EVcharger) and could not get in touch with them. I emailed Electricals online and they supplied a phone number for me to ring which was very helpful, problem quickly sorted after a phone call.

I bought a product that wasn't quite right for me. It was big and awkward to deliver and, therefore, big and awkward to return. During the whole process, I talked to Sam, who was great to deal with and the level of delivery and service were spot on. Thanks Sam

Wasted over 30 mins sorting out an oder of over £120. Then told ph no the delivery isn't FREE. that'll be another £100. When a site says free delivery over £75 it should mean it!

Also if youre aelling solar panels why not sell the battery and cabling to go with it!

This is the first time I have used this company. My
electrician sent me the link to Electricals Online to look at some spotlights I wanted as an example, so after checking other websites I decided to order from them.
The website was easy to use, although It wasn't as easy as it should have been to find the correct chrome bezel to fit it, this option should have been given when ordering, I nearly gave up!

The ordering and payment process was easy and after that very good email communication from both company and DPD their delivery partner.

I would recommend and will again when the opportunity arises.

I ordered my floor lamp at 1pm, it was delivered the next day at 10.30am, excellent service! AND I love my new lamp!

great service experience, I made a mistake in my order and when I noticed I reached out to them and they were able to update my order in no time and send me a correction by email.
The delivery wasn't exactly the next day, it took a couple of days to receive the item but all good.

Good communication & very quick service. Prices on par & a little less than others. Website could do with an upgrade for more info on products, but works ok. We will use again.
