Looking for some filters

Looking for some filters, found them on eFans Direct but were out of stock. Contacted eFans Direct, who helped me to place an order, checked I had chosen the correct item and then sourced the filters I needed. They arrived very close to the expected delivery date quoted. Brilliant - thank you.

Colour not transposed across from…

Colour not transposed across from original quote to order. Also photos of vents to replace given but apparently the client must be an expert in Louvre grills as they sent parts unfit for purpose and in the wrong colour. These are bespoke items so no chance of any refund and kindly allowed us to reorder and pay again for the correct product. Went elsewhere as not chucking good money after bad. Be aware. Customer service and attitude from senior people leaves a lot to be desired.

As part of our commitment to providing customised solutions, all made-to-order items, including the weather louvres you purchased, are non-returnable. This policy is in place to ensure that each item is tailored specifically to each customer's requirements.

To ensure clarity and satisfaction with our products, we provided images of the exact louvres you would be receiving. These images were intended to help you visualise the product before finalising your order.

During the ordering process, the colour of the louvres was specified. We noticed that there was no specific colour requested from your side, and the details on the quote clearly outlined the colour specifications.

The quote and the subsequent agreement specifically mentioned that the finish of the weather louvres would be an Aluminium finish. We did not receive any request for a white paint finish at the time of enquiry or during the confirmation process.

Based on the specifications provided and agreed upon, we supplied the weather louvres as per your request. Our records confirm that the order was fulfilled exactly as quoted, ensuring that your requirements were met.

It's important to note that all the above details were acknowledged and signed off by you before the production began. Furthermore, we reached out with a follow-up email on January 28th 2024 to offer assistance and address any concerns, but we haven't received a response since.

We pride ourselves on the satisfaction of our customers, having produced hundreds of made-to-order items that have delighted many. Your experience matters to us, and we're eager to ensure it aligns with the positive outcomes enjoyed by so many of our customers.

E fans are an OK company but delivery is shambles

I used this company to order an MHVR unit and accessories. Terrible delivery experience. The accessories failed to arrive - then these were promised for next day delivery. They use DPD - who are useless. DPD put a card through the door - failed to knock properly on the door - I was in. Now I have to wait another 2 days and have to pick it up from a post office miles away. Don't use this company if you need anything urgently or you are reliant upon all parts arriving togethor or simply if you are a busy person that does not have time to spend phoning e fans or waiting a week or driving miles to a post office that isn't even your local post office.
