I originally sent an email and followed with a phone call. I spoke to Geoff and he was very helpful. He requested more photos and subsequently contacted the supplier to manufacture the filters I needed. He communicated with me the entire time and eventually I received the orders earlier than expected. Very pleased with the service.

I recently had an amazing experience with eFans.

Their website offers a fantastic range of products with plenty of options to choose from, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. The order was shipped incredibly fast, and my order arrived in perfect condition, two days after I placed it but that is not the reason for my review.

What really stood out and what made me write this review is their outstanding customer support. One of the fans I ordered stopped working (16 months after I placed the order), and they handled the situation with such professionalism and care. Their team was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and resolved the issue without any hassle. It's rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like eFans does. Very easy to order through Apple Pay (literally one click!). Arrived next day via DPD. Fitted the unit in about 2-3 hours. Instructions very clear. Overall very happy with my purchase - now awaiting the results!!
