I had an outstanding experience with EdEx, thanks to Ryan, the director, who initially reached out to me on LinkedIn. As an Economics teacher, finding the right roles can be challenging, but Ryan went above and beyond in headhunting for me. He successfully secured three interviews, even managing to schedule two of them on the same day, which saved me valuable time and reduced the number of days I needed to take off from my current school.

On my third interview, I received an offer, and Ryan skillfully negotiated a higher M scale on my behalf. His dedication and expertise have truly made a difference in my career. I am incredibly grateful for his efforts and will definitely be using EdEx again in the future if I decide to explore new opportunities. Highly recommended!

I applied for a role and got a call two days later. Not only was Josh friendly and motivating but he showed great professionalism - demonstrating genuine care towards my experience and interests. After listening, he was able to immediately consider what I was looking for and recommended the perfect school to me. The interview was quick, I felt encouraged throughout the process and landed the first role. The thing I appreciate most is that I was listened to and despite taking some time to consider the role, I never felt pressured by Josh. Ryan is a great recruiter and was so helpful in securing me my new job. He was very kind and easy to talk to over the phone. I have found some recruiters to be rather arrogant and pushy in the past but Ryan had confidence in me and helped me with the finer details of prep.
