New OS for a 10 year old server needed a RAM upgrade as 2GB doesn't cut it anymore. Tried a few places but either 8GB RAM upgrade not available or hideously expensive. Found Dr. Memory and they had the full 8GB I needed for a very, very reasonable price. Ordered on Monday, delivered on Wednesday. Got it fitted and all working fine. Excellent service and means I can keep on using the old server and not have to shell out for a new one. Cheers!

DPD delivered my pc early but left it outside and it was stolen, Dr Memory (mostly Lee) was in constant contact with me to find a solution and chasing dpd for an investigation. We ended up finding the thief and getting the PC back thanks to cctv on neighbors houses but Lee made the situation far less stressful while he leased with DPD and myself.

RAM worked perfectly, 1st time. Speedy delivery and good communication. They even send an email to check that you ordered the correct type of RAM for your computer/laptop. Also, the price was the cheapest I found anywhere - including eBay. 8GB of RAM for my old laptop for well under £20, that's a bargain! Can't fault them.

Cant fault any part of the process maybe the packaging could have been better but it arrived in one piece.

Tip - if you are adding a module, try replacing the old one first, then putting the old one in the slot that was free.
