Great Value Gaming PC
Great gaming PC. Good value. They were let down by the delivery company when the PC "disappeared" in transit, but the customer service was very good. They quickly sorted it out and sent another PC.

After searching various web sites for a new PC I found that Doctor Memory looked the best value, the specification for the pc was good for the price compared to the other sites. The delivery of the PC was quick and was kept informed throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Very good price but when checking out, the option I chose was (Delivery by 1pm). Assuming that would be next working day. Yet once the invoice/receipt arrived it was for 48 hour tracked. Although the item did arrive within that time frame, maybe changing the wording to what the actual service paid for at a price of £6:30 would not mislead any other customers. Would still use again though now knowing the delivery time frame.

We are sorry you had to wait for your delivery. But I can see that the item ordered on 05/11 has now been delivered on the 11/07. We ship all our order before 3pm on the same day. & usually your order will be received within 2 working days. However sometimes due to circumstances out of our control delivery can take longer. We unfortunately cant open an investigation with the post office until a parcel has been missing for 7 working days. If a parcel hasnt been delivered within 7 working days we can then offer you a replacement or a full refund.
On time exactly what I asked for.
