Sorry you were disappointed with our delivery but please let us reassure you. We do try to send all our orders on the same (working) day. So in most cases delivery is for the next day, but sometimes due to circumstances out of our control a package can take longer, than that to arrive.
And we always send via tracked delivery. That way both you and we can check delivery status.

IN my Opinion, seems Royal Mail lied and lost package - DrMemory do not care and have no interest whether I received the memory I paid for.
Useless Customer Care – I will Never user DrMemory or Royal Mail again!
I recommend NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!
Just recieved ridiculous answer from DrMem - shows they do not read customer complaints - I think they have thier head stuck in the clouds.

We will always replace/resend any items which fail to get delivered, by our carriers.
But in this case your order is shown as having been delivered by Royal Mail on the 12th of May.
So unfortunately we cannot replace this order for you.
