I have just fixed a major problem that I have had with my pc. This company has excellent coustemer service the person who helped me aided me on diagnosis of my problem and easily helped solve it. The delivery of the PC took only 1 day although it had some loose packaging which was weird. Every game I constantly get high FPS and also you can change the fan speed in the boot up menu which is nice. If you have some money and don't want to go to a big supplier use DoctorMemory as I strongly recommend it. The only problem is no Bluetooth yet this can easily be solved with a USB adapter.

I had written an original one star review for Doctor Memory, as there was a mix up with the postal carrier leading to my PC going missing, and I was convinced this could be a scam (hence the title).

A very helpful lad from the support team arranged for another unit to be sent out due to this being a gift, and it was already late, despite the fact they hadn't located the original PC.

The PC arrived a day later, and although I missed the birthday deadline, it was only by a couple of days in the end, which is much better than having to wait who knows how long for the DPD to find the parcel.

The PC came, and it's literally plug in and your good to go. Very happy with the service.

Prompt service, really impressed with the speed of delivery, just a day from placing the order and when I changed the delivery option to collection from a shop, it was changed straight away with no mix ups. Very impressed.

Hello, Im a dad of 42 i was looking for first gaming pc for my son , Had a budget of £1000 i went to 3 different sites ( no name calling) i got no help so i was told to go doctor memory, Let me just say i had 2 days of stress 1 site it would,nt even register me an 1 site did,nt seem very helpful at all, But i was so happy i went to doctor memory excellent service all i wanted an more in the budget. Next day delivered, Just want to say Thanks to doctor memory an i WILL be ordering myself a pc also soon!

Great prebuilt PC desktop. Easy to set up, pretty much plug n play. It's super fast and exactly what I needed at a much lower cost than a branded option. Quick delivery, well packed etc..

At this moment in time not very happy. DPD delivery was not a good experience although this is not the fault of Doctor Memory.
What I do find disturbing Is that the order that I placed was described as having Windows 11 OS and when it arrived it was Windows 10. The specifications do not meet those required for the Windows 11 upgrade. I am hoping that the company can rectify this and my review will reflect that if / when it happens.
UPDATE: Glad to say my faith has been restored.in the seller. After the exchange of several emails between myself and their technical they explained how to make a change in the BIOS to enable Win 11 to be installed. Many thanks from a very happy customer.
