Brilliant customer service, we ordered the wrong gaming computer returned with no issue

Prompt delivery and prompt communincation with support team, but above all a good price.

computer pc quickly supplied. Had a wee problem. Company quickly helped solve the problem.

Edit: I am being asked to provide more information, whatever that means, with the threat of this review being taken off. I am not going to do that. Trust Pilot clearly favour the seller over the buyer. This was my experience buying from Dr. Memory. I have the same review on Amazon UK.

I ordered a prebuilt PC via Amazon UK and after recieving the PC I discovered there were several used parts and others that I was told were something else for example I was expecting an m.2 SSD but got a SATA 3 SSD, I was expecting 3200mhz RAM but got 2666mhz RAM, I was expecting a 550 watt bronze rated PSU but got a 500 watt unrated PSU. This was sent to me in an email after asking for more information, yet it was still wrong. I have since returned the PC ( 6th February 2023 ) and have now been told ( 13th February 2023 ) that they don't have it and nobody knows where it is. This is £646 I paid that I am not getting back as it stands. Based on this experience I would avoid purchasing from this seller. ( Additionally I am looking to CAB for advising how to proceed, I can highly recommend AWD-IT or Overclockers as a quality and reliable alternative for anything related to PC )

Fantastic pc for the money. Everything works perfectly. Was delivered very quickly as well.

Completely clean, bloatware free install of windows as well, although i've put the SSD from my old pc in, with a windows 10 pro install on it.

Box with pc in it which was received had two empty boxes in it, content booklet states that headphone and speakers are in list but boxes empty, why empty boxes and why in content list if not provided?

Not concentrating I ordered wrong type of memory. Auto e mail from DM made me check- good idea. Order cancelled and credit received promptly. Good and prompt service

What a brilliant company! My son wanted his first gaming PC and we had no idea where to begin. One phone call and great, simple, understandable advice for someone who has no idea about computers. We have one very happy son. I contacted them again after to ask about installation of a game - they were again brilliant! Can not praise their customer service highly enough. Thank you!

My son wanted a gaming computer he'd found one on this sight.Tbh id never heard of them.i ordered it as it was what my son wanted ,its a good spec for the price and arrived few days later as per emails.Very pleased with quick delivery and comms.It was missing a controller but a email to them was answered the next day informing me one was being sent .Overall a very good service.

PC had cheap packaging stuffed inside the unit which burst over the hardware. Unit not surprisingly wouldn't turn on.
I contacted Doctor Memory the same day, had a response a couple of days later stating I should package it back up and ask for a collection date which I did.
It's now 3rd Jan, still no response, no collection date, no refund. This was a Xmas present for my son who has had a pretty miserable time over the school hols because of this experience. Would never buy from these again.

The website is easy to use and I was able to speak to someone at the company when I had a question. The delivery of the item was excellent. Then although I had an issue with a part, the company dealt with it quickly and the replacement part delivered with one day!

Promised next day delivery which was not fulfilled

£1500 pounds plus item ordered on the 19th December AM, as a present for our son for Christmas. Item despatched 20th December for delivery Wednesday 21st. DPD - Doctor Memory’s preferred courier failed to find and deliver to a commercial restaurant premises on each of the days in the run up to Christmas. This meaning the Christmas present did not arrive - we have one extremely disappointed young man who didn’t receive his Christmas gift this year!

Having called Doctor Memory for some supportive help, I was told the item is in transit and nothing they can do about it! What an EPIC FAIL…
